This is a terrible dishwasher. I purchased it online so didn't look at the internals closely. The stacking slots for dishes are small and don't fit dishes in properly. The upper rack has huge wire spacings so you can't put anything small in the rack to wash, it falls through the rack. Dishes don't dry properly. The internal of the machine stays wet all the time. Its just a bad purchase. Pity I didn't realise I could return the item before 14 days as this would have definitely been returned. I now have to live with my bad purchase. Very unhappy.

I could never recommend this to anyone. The trays are configured so that it is impossible to wash full size dinner plates at the same time as tall (not only super tall or wine glasses) glasses. I simply hate it and am now searching for a standard cutlery basket to place on the bottom rack so I can remove the upper cutlery rack (and dispose of) so I can wash plates and glasses together.Evidently this machine was not tested by real people.

Lowering the upper basked to fit in stemmed glasses means there isn't enough space (height) for a normal-sized dinner plate in the lower basket. Also, the slots in the stemmed glass holders aren't wide enough for most stemmed glasses. Seriously disappointing design.

Good dishwasher for the price, with proper digital display and many wash program options.Rack design is complicated but flexible once you figure it all out. The middle one can be raised and lowered and the right half of the top cutlery rack can be slid across on top of the left half, to free up space for the middle rack below on the open side.Design is stylish and modern and results are always very clean and dried well.A heavy appliance but easy to install.
This is a great dishwasher. Once fitted it is worth 5 stars, but be aware that it is a challenge to install. I paid for delivery and installation, but the delivery team were unable to install due to this particular model having a “larger filter outlet” than most other dishwashers. They indicated that this was a usual problem for them when delivering this item and had to leave it to us to install. At no point prior to them arriving were we made aware of this.
Cleans well and is very quiet. Racks seem sturdy enough and the top rack can be elevated so full sized plates easily fit on the bottom rack. Only cons so far is it doesn't properly clean dishes in which something has been baked in the oven (ie something that probably needs a bit of a scrub), and the eco cycle doesn't dry the dishes afterwards unless the door is opened immediately after the cycle ends and left ajar. Overall very happy with the dishwasher, especially for the price point.
Bought a dishwasher from Good Guys back in August. Paid for installation (good guys own installers) and the dishwasher was not installed properly (the door won't open down to slide bottom rack out). Have contacted the installers myself multiple times as well as Good Guys but being fobbed off and meanwhile dishwasher still can't be used properly. Trying to contact a Good Guys head office/complaints team is a whole new nightmare and no one wants to take accountability. I will never use good guys again and feel a one star review is too good. Don't do it!
The dishwasher cleans very well, but our large dinner plates don't fit on the bottom shelf with our cups on the middle shelf. We can change the position of the middle shelf but we can only wash one or the other. We've used our smaller dinner plates since to make it work when it's just the two of us. A good feature is that if we do have a dinner party we can use our big plates and just do the bottom shelf of washing which is convenient. Overall pleased with the dishwasher, but just keep in mind that the cutlery shelf on the top leaves slightly less room for larger plates on the bottom shelf.
I bought this dishwasher as I had previously owned a Samsung dishwasher at a previous house. So far it has been great, dishes have come out clean, it is quiet and with the cutlery tray, I can now fit more dishes in each wash. As with any new dishwasher, I had to work out a new layout system and we found to have the middle shelf at it's lower setting I have to set my plates on the lower tray to face the back as they lay over/ sit lower. This allows me to keep any tall cups in the middle tray and not have any affect on the cleanliness of the dishes. I use tables/ pods and rinse aide and the dishes generally come out fairly dry. Overall good dishwasher for the price.
Worst dishwasher ever! Doesn't dry anything unless using the sterilisation baby bottle mode, with extreme amounts of rinse aid required (even on level 1), and even then the cutlery and plates come out dirty. No place to put drink bottles, and children's cutlery and cake forks fall through the cutlery holder, difficult to retrieve. The angles on the top rack are so severe that you can't load cups onto the right hand side. Dishwasher also leaked onto the floorboards! I wish I never bought this dishwasher.
