First, cold water, ice and crushed ice works so well and having the water supply in the fridge works extremely well. Second, having the internet also useful and fun. Love watching YouTube while making my morning coffee and the recipe suggestions are great. Love the colour and dealing with Appliances Online was easy with fast shipping and excellent service from delivery people. Would recommend this product and company.

I bought this Fridge and I can say I am very happy with it. I like the features on it including the tablet. I also like how it has the water compartment that you can fill up instead of using the hose. It's mostly used for water, ice cubes and ice crush. I like how there is a lot of room in the fridge and freezer to store food and drinks. I needed a good quality fridge which works and it lives up to that. On the screen I can look on wifi for recipes, photos, do drawings, shopping lists etc. It's mostly like a samsung table but on the fridge. I can control the fridge with it as well. I like how slick and stylish the design of the fridge is. Thank you Samsung for making an awesome fridge.

I bought this fridge three months ago. First, the metal Samsung used is strong enough to withhold some pressure from my young kids. Second, the Samsung home hub does make my kitchen a bit more organised. Instead of numerous magnets, I can just send some unique calendars as pictures to my fridge I.e. bin collection date, kids swimming lesson dates. Also my company used Samsung appliances, my galaxy tab connects to my home seamlessly. Samsung need to open up to more apps, preferably Google home, as it’s not possible to have everything Samsung at same time.

The fridge was exactly what we wanted but couldnt use it left sitting in its box down stairs outside the laundry. Movers couldnt bring it upstairs via external stairs into kitchen because of difficult manoeuvrings and safety guidelines set their parameters for lifting.- quite understandable. So next day it was arranged another team (same subcontracted co.) to have a go. They were great, but No, same reasons/restrictions. No other solution but to return fridge . Good Guys were stumped and so was I. (sad) so had to send back for refund. Ive given GG 3 stars for the fuss free refund as the staff were very nice. We downgraded in size to have this fridge and we haven't be disappointed. The screen and speakers are great, we can hear clear crisp sound all over our house coming from the fridge - unbelievable!! This fridge also has a lot of space, you get used to the different size very quickly. Recommend.
I received the fridge about one week ago. It's the first fridge we have had with an ice and water dispenser and the first time I've had a side by side fridge/freezer. The freezer space is great but I would have liked a slightly larger fridge space, perhaps even some more drawers to store food as it is deep and it can be hard to reach items at the back. The interactive features are fantastic and link up with all other samsung devices easily. It's great to have recipes right in front of you as you are cooking. The only issue is the ice seems to come down very quickly and the children find it difficult to control so occasionally ice ends up on the floor!
I love this clean and stylish fridge. The space, the ice and water dispenser, the quiet non-existent hum, the quality of the speaker and screen, the ease of connectivity with other devices, the recipes etc. I find the shopping list feature so handy. I am disappointed about some of the screen functions being more convoluted than necessary but most of all, I believe the camera inside the fridge is a complete fail. The view is very limited.
We get so much use out of the water/crushed & cubed ice functions on the front L) door. Convenient to have the water tank inside the fridge to fill up instead of having to have it plumbed into the wall. Kids love all the technology functions on the R) hand window like the internet, calendars/schedule, music functions & speaker, cookbook recipe ideas ect.. The doors are quite heavy to open - so perfect to keep little ones out. The black sleek design is very modern & aesthetic. Only thing to note is overall, it isnt the roomiest of fridges/freezers & when the ice is made & it gets dropped into the holder container, its a little noisy. Overall though, we love this fridge & are very happy with our purchase.

Nothing that stands out here except for 10year warranty on the compressor.SoftwareThe updated software is abysmally poor in bringing family-together (which is what this fridge is marketed for). If you are an iPhone user then you are shut-off from few additional features Samsung smartphone owners enjoy such as screen cast as an example. However hope the company expands the software integration with their iterative updates.
Was happy with the fridge back then. Now I accidentally accepted the system update to Tizen 6 and it's the worst system update ever. Do NOT update, you cant go back. Lost of features, widgets and apps. Yes you read it right. An upgrade that removes all useful features. Found many negative reviews about this from Google. Wish I saw them before upgrade. Won't buy any Samsung product again. Very bad!
