I love the fact that I don't need to change the input if I want to go from normal TV viewing to playing my Playstation 5. As soon as I turn on the console, the TV automatically switches over. My previous TV, had issues with HDMI ARC / CEC and caused my audio to get disconnected numerous times, as I would be watching content. Now while my primary set-up uses a AV receiver that's about 5+ years old, this TV is compatible and in the last fortnight of using the functionality, I haven't experienced any issues.To further, this TV also as features and integration with Alexa and Google Duo, both of which I enabled just for testing purposes. The best parts of this tv is the picture and quality. The clarity of the pixels is unmatched. Having the picture be clear with a high refresh rate makes it the best tv for gaming, watching movies, sports and so much more. You feel the pictures come to life. You can see every detail, no matter how small. The other part is that it's viewable from any angle. No blind spots from anywhere in your home. I personally love the view. A bonus is also that it doesn't throw heat! No hot tv here! Others tend to get hot with the high resolution but this ones doesn't!
My TV is the 55" Neo QLED QN700 which should be considered a total embarrassment. From the start, Samsung didn't have for the first 3 months anyone who knew enough about this TV to help me through my issues. Also, the processor (I'm Guessing the cause here) is SOOO insufferably slow that the Channel Lignup menu is almost worthless. It can take as much as an hour to populate the lineup of shows in this menu, as seen in the attached photo. I can't imagine any company so set on rushing the tech that they would release an inferior product like this. Then there is the Newer (about 1 year old) Menu for the setup. That has been totally rearranged and items that are frequently used, are buried in multiple layers of menu choices. Been using this TV as my new bedroom viewing tool after finally getting it set up, and it's great! The colors really pop and extremely vibrant without being too much. The QLED technology goes above and beyond the normal UHD TVs and you can see the difference. No matter if I have it bright or dark in the room the picture is fantastic and does not fall short ever. Sound quality does not disappoint either. Whether I’m watching sports, movies, or any app, the sound remains consistent and constant. Samsung's QLED technology is the way to go, and the difference between this TV and regular UHD TVs is by far much better when I am watching this TV vs my other brand name TV.
