Purchasing this television I did lots of research to know I was going to get the best value for my money and also the product. I kept coming back to my now TV each time. I cant tell you how easy it was to set up, the picture and sound quality is amazing and it will be with me for many years to come. The team at the Samsung store in Sydney were amazing with all of my questions.

It only works with an optical cable even though i purchased a genuine Samsung HDMI 4K UHD cable The TV doesnt recognise the HDMI cable plugged into the eARC connection on both devices it also wont connect or recognise the Sony sound bar via Bluetooth even though I can connect the sound bar with any other Bluetooth device So with the optical connection to the sound-bar, the TV remote cant change the volume or mute the TV so i have to use the Sony speaker remote to operate the volume & turn the speakers on separately after I turn the TV on Just annoying Plus the subwoofer wont work on the Sony speaker system I tried it back on the old Sony Bravia TV with just the optical cord & it works fine so my conclusion here is that Samsung TVs dont like working with other branded sound systems I did read these sound output & connection issues in a few reviews prior to purchasing this TV but had no idea that it would be this bad I have now had to purchase an expensive Samsung sound system that will be compatible with this TV Finally, many people who purchased this TV complained about the small remote I actually love this remote & its light, easy to hold & functional Its simple & very similar to my Apple TV remote So in conclusion I believe Ive made a poor choice of new TV & am so disappointed with Samsung (my first purchase of a Samsung product)

My two issues are the remote and sharpness of picture. It was nine years between tv’s and the technology has changed. The mechanism for volume adjustment and channel changing requires greater space because if you have large fingers the space is inadequate. This model does not have the clarity of my previous Samsung. Not saying it is no good but just not as good.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and am still setting it up. The frames aren't included, something sales staff don't tell you, but it's in the fine print... have to wait a month after ordering them online. It seems to have wipes all the movies and photos I had on my external hard drive (I hope not - there were decades of history on it).
Love Samsung TV, but also love Samsung as a product. Our family only supports Samsung due to the quality of their products. The Samsung TV we just bought is amazing, great features and quality sound
The TV is excellent and we are very happy with it. But I think the remote control just doesn't feel great in your hand with sharp edges on the channel and volume buttons. Plus you have to push them up and down, not press which tales some getting used to. Sounds like a first world problem I know, but this is the thing you handle most and it just becomes annoying after a while. Remotes for Apple and the Amazon FireStick we have just have a solid quality feel to them and great to handle and are intuitive to use. I think the addition of solar charging on the remote is great , it's just let down with it's poor ergonomic design.
I bought the 65" Samsung TV 27 Feb 23 and found it easy to install. The main criticism is the remote is far too small, and not easy to use with big fingers and is very hard to read. The smallness of the function keys have to be memorised and people without children don't need the Disney key? Because of the smallness and the way the mute key is located in the volume function it is activated frequently when not required.Also at the outset the instruction sheet is not clear in its explanation of activating and deactivating the mute button.
We purchased this TV despite originally planning to purchase in a lower price range. Once we saw the picture quality we couldn’t resist. Extremely happy with purchase. The only problem we have is that is really highlights the difference between normal and HD. Oh well, c’est la vie. :)
