The best, clearest and most impressive quality. It looks absolutely stunning but will not last very long AT ALL. It will develop a very expensive and very big issue quickly. This was heartbreaking since I love this TV, it's one of the best I've owned, but it lasted the shortest amount of time out of all my other devices. The repairs are quite expensive and I definitely wasn't expecting it to break down this quickly.

I was so sad to have to return this tv. The picture on streaming from the Apple TV box and PS5 was exceptional, however, for reasons unknown we were unable to get this TV to work properly with the Telus 4K box. This is after about 4 hours with Telus tech support & 3 hours with Samsung support. Unfortunately, there is an issue where the picture flickers incessantly while attempting to watch the Telus digital cable box. The only solution to this, it appeared, was to put the Samsung TV on "Game Mode" to watch Telus TV. Otherwise, the issue persisted. Bought on a Black Friday Deal, It's worth the value there, but I Wouldn't pay full price for it, not in today's economy with the competing options.Pros:- QLED is great as always, bright, vivid, sharp, responsive. I use it for Gaming with PC, PS5 and Switch, Prime and D+. 4K120 yes, but with some tweaking regarding PC settings.- The TV itself is snappy, not laggy what so ever, loading Prime and D+ is nice and fast.Cons:- Cannot do 4K120 + HDR with PC, I'm using an 8K rated HDMI cable with an RTX3090, so I'm convinced my side is not the problem, no problems at 60Hz, just 120Hz.- The home menu is absolutely horrible, chunky, seriously over-populated, and unfriendly, I upgraded from a 55" Q80T, its a change that's not welcome. Always against the wave unfortunately I would say. At least for tv division and this it's petty ⁸Why I am saying this, well let's see together:- the rezolution is not supportig 120 Mhz in tv mode just 100 Mhz.- there is wifi 5 in 2024 for a tv that wants to be premium.- tizen os it's bit deprecated and my opinion should be redesigned from scratch. I am reffering here how the functions can be accessed, thestreaming programs or switching between them.- its plus for design ( its clear that the intention its to copy LG in thos chaptet, but maybe you can look also the functions how them are positioned and accessility too of them).- the remote control was designed to replace the old ones but doesn't have the flexibility intended unfortunately.
The TV itself is as expected, but the marketing of the product on the website is misguided, as it indicates that 2 remotes are included but only 1 is delivered. The attitude and willingness to help from the customer service agents when confronted with this issue was dismissive and arrogant, stating that the pictures are "illustrative" only. That is extremely disappointing, and the last time I will be buying a product from Samsung via this direct channel. Unacceptable.
I broke my Samsung TV so I purchased a new one which suppose to be better.It may be a bit better in the image quality that's all.On this TV the menu is more difficult to navigate, if I unplug a cable(speakers, cable TV etc) when I plug it back I need to go through the installation process again.With my old TV i could navigate completely the menu of my cable TV Samsung's TV remote control, with the new TV that is not possible.

I bought this TV over a month ago. I had a Samsung before it and was happy with it. This TV is a whole new level. Great picture quality and colour definition. Very impressed. My next TV will also be a Samsung. I would be a fool not to purchase again. It’s amazing!
This morning, I received the television. The colors are vibrant, and the sound quality is excellent. I also purchased a soundbar, but I have not yet had the opportunity to set it up. I have never owned a television of this size before, and I am very impressed with it. The setup process was simple, the packaging was well-designed, and the instructions were easy to follow. I am very pleased with this product, especially considering the promotional price at which I was able to purchase it.
