I bought the Samsung 2022 Airise Windfree Air conditioning about a month ago, Very happy with its performance, style and features.From Cooling, heating, Air Purifier, Humidity, fan to windfree is a clever invention from Samsung, All in one.The ability to connect to Google and control the air conditioner either by speech and remotely through the Smart Thing app is a very convenient feature.Quiet in performance even on high turbo speed in comparison with other air conditioners.Highly Recommend.

Customer service is non existent, my split system was installed by CMA homes in 2016, I had over 5 call outs one of which resulted in a heat coil being replaced, I’ve had water damage from the unit I contacted Samsung who said it was out of warranty and we would have to pay to get the unit fixed, today. Technician contracted by the builder said he would be recommending the unit be replaced, do not trust them or buy from them
