This Samsung Air Conditioner is very economical and the wind free feature works better than i thought. I thought it would be an expensive gimmick, but have been surprised by how it cools the room efficiently and very comfortable. My wife has stage 4 terminal cancer and needs to adjust the temperature, this air conditioner makes the room temperature easy to adjust to her needs. We would highly recommend the Samsung wind free air conditioners to anyone. We are now looking to refit the other air cons to this brand. Harvey Norman made the whole process of picking the right air con and delivery was affordable and prompt.

The wind-free technology is great. I suffer migraines so having the option for the cold air to filter through rather than blast out is prefect. It’s also really quiet. Well worth the extra cost.

We bought this in November 2022 and couldn't be happier with its efficiency. Love the wind free cooling and the quietness of the unit. At this stage I feel we made the right purchase.
Great system, works well. Very quiet and heats my whole house up in minutes. The app is very easy to use and I like how I can turn on the system when I away before I get home to a nice warm house. Haven't uses the cooling mode yet but I'm sure that will be fantastic also. Highly recommend this product.
I have the unit installed above my bed and there is a significant draught coming from the bottom of the unit in wind free mode. It definitely isn’t wind free as advertised.I have to use it in normal fan mode and direct the wind away from me using the louvres. I can only sleep wind free using this method. The louvres have to be re-positioned each time it’s turned on.Apart from the wind issue it seems to be a good air conditioner so it’s good value if the wind free issue can be overlooked.
I was recommended by the neighbor who bought same unit last month. He said it's so silent and fast cooling. With wind free function, it's even silent!! and cool enough without airflow.I was so fascinated and will def. recommend!!I heard that wind free function is only available on Samsung, correct???
Works great, super quiet, looks good, and wifi control makes it easy. Got this to replace a fujitsu designer range that was six or seven years old. Out performs the fujitsu and is so quiet whilst doing it.Still early days,
I purchased the Samsung Air conditioner, very satisfied overall with it's features, performance and it's lookIt's Cooling and Heating is quiet responsive as long as the temperature is set correctly from the remote.It's remote access from the Smart Things App and the Google link is an intelligent and convenient feature.The unique feature that make its Superior than the other brands is It's Built in Windfree functionality. energy saver=lowering electricity bills, love it.Well Done to Samsung
I purchased the Samsung air conditioner because I was told it would cool the room quickly because the specially designed vent located on top of the unit was large so more air can go through and cool the room faster. It was amazing for a while but the vent clogs up with dust so it stops cooling and you can barely feel any air come out! I’ve had it serviced and It has to be cleaned every few weeks otherwise it does t work. It so frustrating!… I can barely walk and there’s no way I can get up a ladder to clean it, so I have to rely on others to help me. Buying the Samsung Air Conditioner was one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made!
