I had to provide the full name for them to look it up, and they saw the model number is indeed correct.So avoid this product like the plague. You have been warned!!!I’m so dissatisfied I will never use a Samsung product again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. This is the worst level of customer support I have ever experienced.

This gadget refused to spray water and had to be replaced with another. We haven't been able to try the new one yet as the actual cleaner is now refusing to work, claiming there is no filter.

Great attachment for cleaning hard surfaces. It seems to clean well with minimal effort. The disposable (wet wipe like) pads are a great option and are capable of holding a surprisingly large amount of gunk. Would be five a star review but the sprayer didn’t work, out of the box, until I used a pin to clear the nozzle - as recommended by other users. It seems like such a seemingly widespread problem would have been addressed, especially since this is something that could be fixed by the distributor/wholesaler vs. the manufacturer since the solution is so simple. However, once fixed the sprayer now works flawlessly.
When the product worked it was great, however, it has stop working. The water no longer sprays

This product is too easy to use and handy to clean all areas. i feels my place is more clean than it was ever before.
Works as expected, but as with so many of the other reviews, the nozzle didn’t spray until poked with a needle - major flaw out of the box, although easily remedied.
Mine also did not spray water, after some trouble shooting found that the nozzle where the water sprays out was blocked as I could hear pump trying to pump the water. I poked a sewing needle in the tip of the spray nozzle and now it works great. Suspect probably just a little bit of plastic covering the hole from the molding. Used the included disposable wipes for first clean and it did a great job. I am happy with it Samsung just needs to work on its QA such a small failure on an otherwise nice attachment.
