AVOID AT ALL COSTSI fell for the trap of the 50% offer they give me when buying my fold 6. Overall the rear half of the case is pretty good with the grip and stand. The stand isnt the best but does work and I dont use the grip much but it's a nice to have. Awful product,Front part of case cracked after a couple of weeks and then fully split off. It was never dropped or damaged, just naturally broke away from minor use.Samsung offered a £30 credit but why would I buy another one for it to break in another month? I'd rather have had a replacement or a refund as even with £30 credit I would still have had to pay another £30 for this case. Very poor quality, especially for the price.Get a Spigen case, first time I've got an official Samsung and it's awful.

I am so upset with Samsung. This case broke just like the other reviews on here. I was told I have to send this case back to see if it can be fixed then they will replace or refund.Fix? My problem is my phone will not have protection because I have to send back the broken case first. If I do drop phone and it breaks then its on me. Why cant a replacement be sent then I would gladly send the broken one back. This policy from Samsung is really bad. In the time I have to wait to get a replacement I am expected to buy a case if i want to protect my phone? I have Samsung products all around my house. I was really expecting more from this company.

This phone back cover is awesome. The strap to hold the phone, and the kickstand perform wonderfully. The buttons are easy to click, and the power butting is accessible. The case has a great feel in hand.Unfortunately the front cover broke incredibly easily, and the adhesive provided for the front cover did not actually cause the cover portion of the case to stick to the display, meaning there was a wiggle/movement in that portion of the case. For the price, this should not happen. I loved the case up until the front cover broke..

The band on the back was a little tight at first, but you're able to loosen it from the backside.I had the silicone case for my Fold 4 because I wanted the back strap and it wasn't made well. I went through two of those cases because the front case's left side snapped off within a few weeks of use and I ended up having to use my Fold 4 with the front screen not protected. The front part of this clear case for the Fold 6 seems to have fixed the issue; the left side plastic is flexible where it moves but strong that it hasn't snapped easy. May it snap in the future? Less than a month of use, no drops and this material seems to be yoo brittle and weak yo stand up yo normal use. Very disappointed as the case on the back is made of a silicon material that holds up great and the stand and finger slot are handy features. But i cant afford yo buy a new $120 case every month. Whats more is they are denying warranty coverage. Seems like this is a common issue now and they should issue a recall or at least stand by a 90day manufacturer warranty. After spending more than 3k on a phone I cant believe they are protesting a replacement or refund for this $120 faulty product. Ive had a fold 4 and it had a samsung case that lasted years, this one cant make it more than a month, what a shame.
Like many of the customers who purchased this case, my case also broke within a month of using it. It seems like a common issue with this case, which is unacceptable given the price point. I contacted Samsung support, and not surprisingly they refused to take accountability for this. As a long time Samsung customer, I am deeply disappointed with the quality of this case and the poor customer service. I think it's time for me to start looking at other phone lines and I encourage other customers to do the same. You expect quality and good customer service when you pay this much for a product. I received neither. Avoid this phone case at all cost and avoid Samsung products because you will receive zero support if you encounter issues.
Please be aware! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. was delivered on 7/22, the corner started to crack after 2 weeks. On 8/22, it was broken. I never dropped my new phone or damaged my phone at all. I Contacted Samsung, support told me that "this is considered as the physical damage, and they cannot do anything. Have to purchase a new case." This is ridiculous. Samsung release new products too early without performing enough QC. (problem with phones, new buds, cases.. etc.)
I purchased the Galaxy Z Fold6 Silicone Case in Gray and it broke just by grabbing the phone without applying any pressure. Unfortunately, I bought this case before reading the reviews. The design is so thin on the front cover’s left side that it seems most users are facing this issue where it breaks easily. I called support as I had the product for less than a month, but they told me to buy another case to replace it as they would not cover it under warranty. I have purchased Z Fold3, Z Fold4, and Z Fold5 cases with the phone, and none of those had the same issue. I do not recommend anyone buying this case. It seems like a widespread issue, and Samsung should address this to prevent more users from facing the same problem.
We purchased cases for all our phones and they seemed to be perfect espically this one until finding out why the reviews are so bad. The rear shell is great and sturdy, unfortunately the front shell is very brittle especially along the edge of the case next to the hinge. I have never dropped my phone nor has it been handled rough, The quality of this case is very poor and this is disappointing considering that this is an official Samsung product. I would not recommend this case to anyone. I contacted Samsung about this case informing them of the issue that is found by myself as well as multiple reviews on their website and was told that I should have bought the case since the reviews are so bad. unfortunately I didn't see the reviews.
