I bought this 32gb EVO Plus SDHC CARD for cell phone I immediately installed the tiny SDHC CARD in the phone slot. That was the easiest part of the process. This is an excellent card for the basic things that most devices require. Pictures, videos, playback, games, etc. If you are using a high end camera or video device that is shooting a lot of 4K or other high definition resolutions and various shooting speeds, then it would be in your best interest to invest in a higher speed card for faster writing and reading times.As I mentioned though, this is a great card for most mobile devices and tablets. I give it a 4* for quality, but that is with a caveat. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this card as long as you know what you’re using it for. I have an old one that I have been using on my tablet for around 2 years. And just recently got a new one for my phone as I've found this product to be extremely reliable. So no chopped files, no error in transferring, no error while I'm in the middle of using my device. None of that.The only minor complaint I have is that while it says it can write up to speed of 60mbps. I've yet to see it write at speed of more than 20mbps either on my tablet, or my phone. Maybe you can only attain those speeds on certain device with higher functioning abilities than the devices I have. IDK.Other than that, still a 5/5 star product when you compare everything.
It so bad that my LG phone only takes up to 32gb external micro sd card or my purchase will be 128 to 256gb. I have using this 32gb micro card for a month or so but so far the card is working as it's advertised. The first noticed when installed,It indicated 29gb instead of 32gb(where as other 4gb?) The system shown the memory was used for the sd card program apps but I checked the sd card was empty and as my experience that almost all of the external memory cards on the market are at least has some gigabytes lesser than their advertisement. And postponed purchasing the S8 for another year. Actually Verizon and BBuy confused me on their S8 plans. To summarize, Verizon wanted $100 more per month for their required unlimited svc plan; that's $1200 per year extra in addition to the single phone promotion cyberweek. And BBuy wanted to end my Verizon one_bill. And I had to call them several times to understand their plan changes. So I gave up on both, and settled for the SD card this year and purchased another card to improve my wife's Samsung S5. So we have a happy S4 and S5 for another year. Was about to leave on vacation (I take my Kindle FIRE tablet to check email and read books in airports and on flights) and I got this notice on the Kindle that it was almost out of storage. Stopped at Best Buy with the tablet and asked if they could help. They offered several memory cards. This one was cheapest and had more memory than my tablet originally, so went with it. The Geeks also installed it for me. YAY! Except I keep getting the Low Memory notice, so not sure if the tablet just isn't moving info to the card or I haven't managed to tap the right button to move stuff. Seems to be working well even with the notices
The memory card was larger than what I needed, but the smallest size I could buy in-store. It works just fine, and with it being larger, hoping I won't need to buy another one anytime soon. I'm using it for my old GPS unit that sucks to my car windshield - wanted to update it for a trip north. It told me I didn't have enough memory to update (that's a first!), and told me what size memory card to buy and install. Did that, and did the update, and no problems, so hoping it will continue for a few more years - I really don't like tossing electronic items away just bkz they get outdated! The memory card was a perfect solution!

Luckily I was able to transfer everything off of it before it FAILED yesterday. So much for the 10 year warranty. The card was never removed from the S5 and neither phone nor Samsung microSD card were abused. The card is essentially "dead" and results in "no media" when inserted into multiple PCs.I am in the process of contacting Samsung for warranty service since the card is only 3 years old.Buyer beware, even the fastest and most "protected" microSD cards fail. Not sure if they're worth the premium if they're going to fail 1/3 into their warranty period!? Back up, back up, back up.
