I have owned this phone for about a month. I used Smart Switch to migrate my settings and data. Tracfone's Website worked flawlessly this time. Here is a short check list of the features, etc.Battery - Good, better than 24 hours with texting, calls, emails, business data streaming and some Google maps. I came to the Galaxy A14 5G from a Moto Edge 5G UW. One might think of this as being a downgrade, but I really don't think it has been. While no where near as powerful as the Edge, this phone hasn't given me any troubles in day to day usage. I can watch videos, browse the web, message, call... pretty mich do everything my old phone did. But the big reason I love this device so much is the battery. No Wifi calling and 4g calling on Vodafone network

Buyer beware, I agree with the other reviewr (David)Bought this phone for my wife a few weeks ago as an 4G upgrade for her old 3G phone. Then found out that Lebara (Vodafone) are switching off 3G. No worries then (or so I thought) turns out that the A14 is not compatable with Vodafone's network. Only found this out after many calls to Lebara who assured me on 3 occasions that the sim card would be activated within 24-48 hours - and indeed it eventually was but the phone still doesn't give the option for Volte 4G or Wifi calling. Review of Samsung Galaxy A14 4G 64GB 4G Mobile Phone - Awesome Silver

I bought a model that was originally for the European market which meant I had to buy a UK 3 pin plug connector for recharging. This was stated at the time of purchase. Slightly heavier than ideal but it is bigger than my previous Samsung Galaxy phone. The screen is bigger as a result and this can be helpful. Speed very good, and camera function rich in features with no delay when taking a picture. Helpful to copy content from old galaxy device using the QR reader and this saves set up time - which was about 30 minutes as a result including SIM installation. I don't watch much video content or play games on the device so it is excellent for what I do and the price I paid.

This phone is bigger than I'd have preferred. - Samsung's One Ui update system is irritating; changing things, sometimes losing features (first update stopped the phone shifting from landscape to portrait, and I had to do a customer chatbot thing to figure out how to re-instate it). Notification settings, and similar features I had selected got altered too which was annoying. I needed a new phone to resolve memory/space issues which I suppose is a ubiquitous problem. (Or, really a built in obsolescence problem). And, all the usual disadvantages of modern tech; being at the mercy of snoopy and intrusive multinational corporations.

Terrible Product!

I have always loved my Samsung phones; however, this one sucks. Out of the gate, NO NOTIFICATIONS when you miss a call/text; so all those fancy lights, etc --useless. The phone is black-period so unless you actually look nothing to indicate you missed a call/text. Customer Service was no use because apparently it's a software issue. The camera sucks... everything is blurry upon close ups. The calls cut out even when not on speaker, the network connection is spotty -I read online that you have to go into airplane mode & out to get it to connect to the network for calls/texts when this happens. Overall, this phone is a huge disappointment. Do better, Samsung.

Initially I was completely baffled by the phone as it seemed to be very different from anything I had been used to. I did seek some assistance from my local phone shop and I'm gradually getting used to various things that I can do with this mobile, apart from just making and receiving calls and texts.
