I am finding it totally frustrating. It is not easy to use. I find it impossible to use the screenshot facility. The calendar is a nightmare to use. When installing the new modem my Alexa, Ring doorbell, Samsung TV and my printer all needed to be "introduced" to the new password. Many apps wee the same.e and even my online banking. It has all caused me great stress. At 81 years old I needed help with everything.. totally unhappy with the situation. The font size in most cases is too small. Not happy with it.

I am loving the new Samsung Galaxy A16.It is comfortable to hold & use. The buttons are in a convenient place unlike some other phones.My husband set it up for me in under two hours as I am a technophobe.The sound quality when making calls or video calls is brilliant with crystal clear sound & display..The camera gives good, clear photos & internet shopping or online banking is a speedy pleasure on the mobile.The battery does not seem to last longer than 2 days or a little over but the charging is fast.I would definitely have another Samsung in the future.

I LOVE the photo quality of my images. They are vibrant and full of life, compared to my old phone camera which made my photos look like I had used a filter to achieve an 'aged' look. The phone also has a professional setting for photos which I cannot wait to try out.I am still discovering features about the phone itself but so far I am impressed. In terms of performance tasks are quick and easy to execute.I am sure that I am not fully utilising the features but once I have familiarised myself with them I am sure that I am going to give it a 5 Star rating!
To be honest I'm a bit disappointed . I had an A12 before and decided to change to the A16 as the screen was cracked, the security updates were being withdrawn in January 2025 and I thought it wasn't holding the charge as well as before. I expected the new phone to be faster but there is no difference in performance and I actually seem to be having to charge it more frequently than the old one! This one got a good review in Which? so I went for it but, as I say, I'm distinctly underwhelmed. My husband is also needing a new phone and I wouldn't recommend this one.
Brilliant, budget phone so far.The battery seems to hold charge extremely well and charges up quickly.The camera takes a nice, pretty detailed photo. I haven't experimented with any of the features as yet but as far as a simple photo goes I'm very happy with it.The system seems pretty quick and responsive at the minute so hopefully it remains that way.Overall, great product for a great price. Very impressed.
Samsung Galaxy A16 5G 128GB Blue BlackNow that I have found my way around the phone and its functions I am very satisfied with its performance. Battery charges fast and holds the charge much longer. The camera features are excellent. On the down side, I had to find the manual on the internet as Samsung no longer supply one. Neither do they supply a charging cable, they instead (pretending its a green policy) provide you with a double USB- C cable. One end goes into the phone, however the other end does not go into a pc. I had to buy a USB -C USB - A cable to allow me to charge it through my pc. If you want to charge it through the mains you have to buy a mains adapter. Sadly, these two points mark it down in my view to a 95 % approval rating
