Do not buy this phone unless you live somewhere with year round 0% humidity. The moisture detection feature will make your life a misery and as it doesn't support wireless charging (apparently) you have to live with it. After purchasing this phone and having been driven to frustrated tears now on quite a few occasions, I have discovered that this is a common issue with this and maybe other samsung phones. I real downer as apart from that, I quite like the phone. So I guess spend the extra money and buy one that has a wireless charger, but you shouldn't have to. If you already have one, the 24/7 help line can give you a few tips to stop the problem when it happens

I previously owned a S9, and needed a new phone. The A72 isnt superior. On par in features which was disappointing. I used to have good coverage, but it struggled. Photos were alright. I spoke to the shop I bought it from who informed me would need to be sent away for 6-8 weeks and I'd most likely have to pay for it to be repaired. Samsung told me I could take to preferred repair shop but again I'd lose the phone for 5 days for assessment and may have to pay for repairs if deemed my fault. The phone was easy to set up from my old Samsung phone. Good features including a good camera, both front and back. The speakers on the phone are good too especially while watching Netflix on it. The phone starts up fast and the battery lasts me for at least couple of days without charging. I've used S series until now but this phone waa a great start for my A series journey. Great value for money.

Recently I purchased Galaxy A32 and its really worth to buy . I am giving this device 4 star 🌟 because every smartphone is not perfect. Here are some pros and cons of this device. Pros: 1-super Amoled display 2-Light weight super handy 3-Great Media consumption 4-5000 mph battery enough for 1 day . Depends on usage . I am not a gaming person day to day use . 5- One ui gives you several security features. Knox security, Apps tracking and privacy (Secure folder). 6- Good camera. Cons: 1- 15 Walt charger Little bit takes time to charge. 2- processor should be Exanous.. 3-Price would be very depends on economic conditions but Little bit high.

AMOLED is important and so too regular updates but equally important is smooth operation and this is the one area where I think Samsung cheaped out a bit. The G80 is by no means a bad chip but it would have only cost Samsung a few dollars more to have used a Dimensity SOC and this phone would have been almost perfect for the money. The post office was the only place in town to buy a phone as i couldn't show my double vaax....which was on my phone. Couldn't buy online as need a code....sent to my phone. Thought i would buy a burner and keep it as a backup and then buy a proper phone like the note (which i couldn't test at telstra shop shut due to know staff). But then saw the Sony in the case and thought, why not? Save some money and time waiting for a phone. I know i made a mistake too buying without seeing a version out of a box, but now am stuck for years with a phone that will hate, even though i eventually worked out about the picture and it turns out it wasn't faulty. Samsung has gone from a brand i love to hate (even though its my fault too). Bigger than dimensions on box. the only thing i like, better than expected screen.
Pros: I didn't want to spend £700/800, even a thousand, on a premier Galaxy S phone so I went for a mid range phone, albeit the top end. Very pleased with my choice. Very easy to set up, get started and use. Speedy, fast response and apps and pages load quickly. A good camera was one of my criteria and this takes great photos. It's 4G, but I have no interest in 5G. Calls are clear and I can hear people well. Cons: It is on the large, heavy side, although all new phones these days are large. But I have quickly got used to the size and weight and now like the large screen especially when using the internet and playing games.
The screen is top tier but what really creeps up on you is the sound quality. Watching a sports game on this will blow you away with the sound quality. Makes it feel like you are in the stands. Top of the line performance for a standard price. Basically does everything a galaxy s2 can with slightly better performance all around. Compared to the S2 the price is slightly lower, the screen is faster bigger. But the phone is heavier. The camera is significantly better than the S2. Downsides are its a lot bigger and heavier. The only really issue I have with it is the battery is so big that once its really low or empty it takes a long time to charge back up. And because the battery is so big you loose the habit of constantly having it charging.

The fingerprint scanner is next to useless for starters which makes answering calls a pain let alone accessing the phone for anything else. The camera is unimpressive and I don't get the same quality of pics I was getting on my Note 5+ or my S8+ even those models are so old. I didslike that when I try to MOVE pictures from the Gallery into a folder, they remain in the Gallery and the folder. I was given support on a work around but that didn't work at all so appears to be a defect. The A72 is an amazing piece of tech. solid construction, absolutely amazing rear camera with great features. and the 4k video is really crisp.
