Writing this review after using few days!everything is ok but battery draining is too fast I use normal Google surfing and read news(don't watch videos online or heavy use) but phone battery drains 1% in every 3 or 4 min sometimes in 2 minMany times I turn off the screen but it drains automatically in 3 or 4 min I tried low brightness, lowered the refresh rate turned off always screen on, turned off Screensaver etc nothing workedI Did not play game Infact did not download any game I will try to return the phonePlease think twice I bought it because 5000 mah battery but I am not satisfied

Love the camera, its clarity and depth are amazing; the colours are true to form. Phone capabilities are as to be expected; the speaker is more than adequate for listening to audiotapes. Some of the apps are displayed differently, which can get a bit confusing.

As soon as I saw this new Samsung A Series, I had to get it! The colours look so awesome (pun intended!) And as a new starter with Samsung, it was so easier to set up. The resolution, the refresh rate, the pigmentation of the colours... so vivid! The layout & format of everything is also very professional yet cool. It is so classy looking & fun at the same time. I am blown away! I haven't tried the cameras yet as I'm still learning about it all, so i cant comnent on those, but I've heard good things.Another thing is the battery life is so much better than iPhone, which was something I really look for in a phone. I am so impressed. I'm glad I grabbed this new phone early! 1 million out of 5

Just bought this yesterday at Samsung Store Sunway Pyramid. Love the design and functionality of the phone.Not only that, but the guy who served me was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. 5 star service for Jerry!
I went from my old A51 to this and the transition was seamless. Having 5g speeds for my Internet when not at home has been fantastic. Great quality camera for photos and videos of my young family that will be cherished memories forever.
Great phone, lovely color options, more than enough storage, Great back camera quality but the front camera is not as great. It looks like there's a permanent filter on the phone! Besides that everything is easy to use, transferring everything from my old phone went easily ( took less than an hour ). Great experience overall!
Has the same minimalist design as the s series phone and offers smooth performance for a mid range point phone. Love that it offers a huge screen and battery, it's also a huge plus point that it offers long software and security updates. Might be one of the best mid range!
Bought this on spur of the moment, had been thinking about getting an upgrade to my older Samsung phone for a while. Was thrilled to discover I could redeem online for a smart watch - didn't even realise it until the salesperson pointed it out. Phone itself is sleek and fast, and colours are vibrant and bright. I like the screen brightness automatically adjusts as needed. Camera speeds are good, no waiting for auto focus like the old one. More options for pic editing too. Didn't realise how slow and clunky my older Samsung was until I bought this, very happy with my purchase. This phine met my requirements of memory space, 5G and budgeting need. Wish I had done it sooner!
A good smartphone with a large screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a good camera, a solid body, meets almost all my requirements and its price, all good if you look at the mobilespecs. net wi-fi connects well, battery and display are good, build quality, screen brightness, convenience and practicality.
I bought this as an update to my previous Samsung phone as I recently bought very expensive Bluetooth hearing aids. However, when I received it, the OS did not support my hearing aids as other Samsung phones do. It is disappointing to say the least and this is the reason it only gets 4 stars. apart from that it is a nice enough phone and the purchase and delivery from John Lewis very good.
