By the time I get it figured out, I've missed what my friend or co-worker was saying, so I just take the earbuds out, then inevitably bobble and drop one. Also, keeping track of the case is yet another device I have to remember and account for. The best practice is to always place the earbuds in the case when you take them out, but when you're out and about, it's not always handy, and the buds wind up in a pocket, or worse, down the storm drain. And if you're scared to buy these and want to go with a cheaper option for fear of losing them...here's good news...if you leave them somewhere (or somebody takes them, lets be honest, people stink), the SmartThings Find app will find them anywhere even if theyre dead or turned off...if (and here's where i mention one of the only two knocks i have on these) they're out of the case/the case is open. Because the Find app wont be able to find them if theyre in the case and its closed. The other knock is lack of extra rubber tips for the earbuds, but they're not needed really. My ears are small but they stayed during my 16 hour shifts this weekend. The battery life is possibly better than advertised. I was able to get thru my 16 hour shifts and only needed to charger them once during the shift, and they're still alive now. I heard notes and bass that I never heard before...in songs I've listened to for years, with different beans, headphones and even speakers. These headphones are the best ones I have ever purchased, one of the best gifts to myself ever.

The audio quality isn't an improvement its worse my galaxy buds plus have more bass and better clarity even after being washed which made them worse which is why i got new earbuds which is sad because a broken pair is better than these ones and the battery life is better on my old galaxy bud just the left one the right was affected more but the old ones had better battery they are also louder my old ones seem to be louder and much nicer to listen to at high volumes because they have better clarity and bass. the features well it feels AGAIN like a downgrade the noise canceling is a joke right because it makes no difference but make the battery life worse my XPS under heavy load can make some noise 56 decibels and these things cant keep that sound out any better than no noise canceling my old galaxy buds didn't have noise canceling but they did it better because they got louder basically blocking everything the noise canceling don't even compare to my friends airpod pros so if you are expecting that let your hopes down. the ambient sound is ok its about as loud as my old galaxy buds but sounds a bit worse. i also tried the bass boost in the equalizer did basically nothing just turned down the highs a bit to make it seem like these earbuds have a bit more bass on my old earbuds it actually boosted the bass without making the rest of the audio sound worse. there is so much more i can go on about these earbuds being worse than the old ones and just being a complete letdown from the older ones. honestly i would recommend going with apple as i did i used to use Samsung only but i have been moving away more and more because of how low there standards are now they cut support for galaxy buds plus for everything so i can't use the app on my laptop for them. you basically loose support as soon as the newer one comes out. i also didn't get a samsung and got a iphone X because my friend has a 2 year old s21 that is already running slow bad battery life. my old samsungs all still have great batteries and are only slow because they are old not because samsung wants you to buy a new phone. apple holds support for their iphones and products much longer there 1st gen airpods still have support. It pains me to see how much samsungs quality has really dropped everything new from samsung just ins't as good as the older stuff

I get plenty of charge out of it, and with wireless charging from Amazon, I can just drop it on the pad at the end of the day. I once forgot that I'd been wearing them through a day of air travel for about 6 hours when it started to warn me that it was starting to run low on battery, but I had been pretty comfortable up to that point. It has some extra features you can enable with the Galaxy Wearable app that are pretty useful like changing hear through or noise canceling (ANC works great, Hear-Through is enough to know someone is trying to get your attention at least, if not making conversations easy). A few complaints, the pause/play sometimes gets funky with the tap and I need to pull my phone out, but never when I haven't been messing with a bunch of apps. Running with these for your music wont disappoint and I think the hear-through is great for the safety part of running outside or in a gym where you don't want to completely shut everything out.
