If you look at the reviews for this phone, past the first page all of them are part of a promotion. I love Samsung, but their phones are getting worse. I reluctantly upgrade from a 9 and I have regretted it ever since. 5G does not exist and if it does, it's a joke. I live in the mountains and my 9 connected everywhere, this new phone I cannot make calls or get text messages unless I'm out of the mountains. That's not the phone's fault, what is the fault of the phone is that I cannot make a call on the network. Also updates, dear God, enough with the weekly updates. I am not joking, this phone gets updated at least once a month now, but when I first got it, it was every 10 days, a new update.

This is the nicest phone I've ever owned. I've owned several galaxies throughout my life and while they've a been fanatic, this is the best. I bought this phone after living with the iPhone XS Max for two and a half years. My timed with the iPhone solidified my loyalty to Samsung, it was horrible. The husband and I both bought the same phone, two galaxy watches, a tablet, and we are planning on buying galaxy buds because of how fantastic this phone is. I am not with AT&T, but this was the only option for the S21 Ultra 128gb. I purchased this phone from Samsung unlocked. My biggest complaint is the lack of expandable storage - I could not migrate my Note 20 to this phone because 128GB wasn't nearly enough. FYI - the better the camera, the more powerful the specs, the more storage the phone will need. Eliminating expandable storage on a flagship phone is such a step in the wrong direction that I will never purchase another. I also had to switch my UI because the Samsung UI randomly reset my short cuts so they no longer worked. They've been made aware of this problem by many users, but have yet to fix it. I purchased this unlocked phone for my daughter. Used unlocked S21 for $400, sure. She needed an upgrade from the cracked S8+ she's been using. Looked into model numbers, compatible with our carrier (AT&T). Received it quickly, was available to pick up at the store 2 days ahead of the estimated time. It had a scratch on the screen, but eh, it's a used device and considerably cheaper than buying a "renewed" one straight from Samsung. Got home, charged the device, turned it on...T-Mobile logo pops up. Odd. Ok, maybe just because that's the carrier it was used with before? Got through setting it up and transferring everything from her old phone... nope. Error popped up saying that it was carrier locked and out could not be used with our AT&T SIM card.
