On the front, I noticed in the first week that simply removing the case and re-installing caused its frame to tear and chip.I'm giving it 4 stars because I was so in love with it at first. I'm considering buying it again, so soon, which is why I'm back to this store today. But the price being high as it is, has got me considering other options.

The rubber started peeling away instantly. Within 2 days I had lost the edge that protects the front screen from a fall. Samsung originally offered me a compensation voucher as they could not refund it because it had been 75 hours since purchase. This then resulted in the worst customer service experience of my life. 5 weeks later and this still isn't resolved. The experience alone has put me off ever using Samsung again.
