I've had this tablet for approximately 6 years now and it is as good as new still to this day. I am very surprised how long this has lasted the battery has been great there are several different features that makes this product worthwhile. My husband suffers from a genetic disorder which causes him to be legally blind and the accessibility features are great and he's able to do almost anything he needs to on this tablet. My kids also use this tablet as it is very user-friendly and they can do their homework on it with ease. Also I just want to let you know the value is amazing the price is very good for a product that has lasted so long and served us so well. Bought this as a gift for my Mom, who needed to replace an aged iPad that was no longer receiving updates. She's always used Android phones, so moving to an Android tablet was seamless for her. Super easy to setup. Great screen with crisp text, vivid colors and plenty of brightness. Battery life has been amazing. The expandable storage is great for traveling. On the downside, there is no headphone jack and there are still key big name Android apps that are not optimized for tablets. But, all in all, she's super happy with the tablet and glad she made the switch.

Great product. Works just as described. The screen size is just right...not too big and not too small. Quite light to hold on your hand and batter lasts forever. Good screen brightness and a decent tablet for basic use. Not a high end tablet, but it gets the job done. Camera quality is pretty bad, but who really buys a tablet to take pictures? Overall great tablet.

This product is really great. The android operating system is very easy to use, and there are plenty of apps to download. The downloading process is extremely simple. There are a couple of apps that are unavailable. I didn't have any problems connecting to my home Wi-Fi or the networks at any other places (my grandparents' house, the beach house we went to, etc.). Connecting to wi-fi was easier on the tab than on my computer. It's also easy to turn the wi-fi, gps, etc. on and off and to adjust the brightness.

I like the bright screen and sound this tablet has. I can play games, watch movies and check email on it. I like the size because I can take it with me. I like to take pictures when I travel. The battery life is good. It has the Google Play store to download apps and games. It has a fast processor and connects to the Internet fast. The pictures come out perfect. I like the quality when I use the camera. Its good to put a screen protector and case on it to keep it safe from scratches and drops.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2017) SM T-380 Although this Tablet is originally from 2017 - it is in like new condition. Works Great! I have added a Micro-SD Card which aids in storage. The biggest drawback with this machine is that the Internal memory is only 16GB. The Android OS take about half of that. Some newer Android product allow the user to add Micro-SD to internal memory. This is not one of those tablets I have to be careful what I install on this tablet. Many apps can be moved to the so called "External Memory" the SD card. Some apps still need some space on the Internal memory.
