They sent me a faulty Z Flip 4 that started giving me issues after the 30 day refund window. I now have to either replace the screen out of pocket, because the hinges weren't screwed on properly according to two phone repair companies that I talked to, OR buy a new one. I'm never buying from these people again because I've only had the phone for 4 months. I closed the phone after a phone call, because I keep it closed and in my purse and use either my Lenovo laptop or Samsung tablet to text and use my phone for calls and stuff, and when I opened it the upper left side had a long pink glow that has turned white and now theres a black dot on the left center, which now turns my phone screen black 75% of the time. they sold me a phone that is still registered on samsung to the old owner. now i can't do anything about it, they don't help anything. then asked me the name and email address of the old owner. are you kidding, like samsung is gonna release that. so i am returning it. this is damaged, it would have been covered under my care account except that this company can't seem to deregister their devices, which i see by reading other reviews seems to be a common occurrence.I REPEAT STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Eh its ok

No visual defect phone is in excellent condition.... howeverwhen you flip it open the screen flickers white and green lines which is a bit concerning. i worked on Nintendo handhelds such as DS's before with very similar issue usually ends up being a pinched or damaged ribbon cable where the hinge is. easy to fix if you know what you're doing but very inconvenient. also keeps telling me its network locked and wants a network unlock key. no idea what or how to get that. was expecting a better first experience overall but for $400 eh . i should have just waited rather then trying to rush for a nice Christmas present for my girlfriend.

I strongly advise not to buy a phone from this supplier and here is why. When I received the phone, everything was fine there was a minuscule dent in the screen but it didn’t bother me at the time because the phone worked. I didn’t even have the phone a full week and the screen just blacked out once flipped open. I contacted the seller who told me I could get a replacement, and sent the phone back. Once they receive the phone they basically tell me it’s physical damage and the phone couldn’t be replaced. Then they told me it would be $375 to replace the screen or just send it back no reimbursement, no replacement, nothing. Spending that much I could’ve gotten the new a flip 5. Z4 flip phone

Really nice phone. But it had something wrong with it. It would not recognize the SIM card that was sent with it or something. Straight Talk work with me to try and resolve the issue. But was unable to. So I returned the phone back to smartpay where I purchased it. I was really disappointed because I did my research on this phone and I like all the reviews it had. I guess it wasn’t the phone I was suppose to have. But I do intend on reordering a different phone from them.

I actually switched from iphone 13 pro max, because it was just a little too big and too heavy and my hands tend to hurt after tending use by the thin and square-ish border, and I also tend to accidentally switch keyboards. I first got flip3 becuase there was a really good deal (~$300), and then flip4 released and had a really good trade-in deal (+100$).To be honest, I really love flip4 for how light and comfortable it is, compared to the pro max form factor in particular. The cameras are much better than my iphone 13 pro max's for sure. The only con is the batter life is far worse. I would count ~4 hrs of usage, or barely a day of intermittent use. I have always had the Note line or more recently the s-ultra line as they phased out note. And to be able to close it and not worry about the screen cracking is well above the cons the listed above.I highly recommend the phone u less you absolutely have to have the stylus

Recently purchased, less than a month ago. Came from oneplus. This is my first Samsung device, so far I don't have any complaints, it is very unique and definitely a conversation starter to have a folding phone. At first it does feel very wrong to be bending/folding the phone/screen in half. After you do it a few times you don't realize it. Just like the crease in the center, at certain angles it is noticeable, you can definitely feel it but after a few days of use you start to ignore it. Most of the time at least I don't touch the center of the phone usually interact with the lower part of the screen. The battery life is a lot better then I was expecting, generally I'm going to bed with the phone at about 30 to 40%. That is including me playing some games throughout the day. The only complaint/concern I have is that the screen isn't truly glass, basically a mix between glass and plastic, which makes sense, but is still concerning as the screen can be dented with excessive pressure or with a finger nail. With normal use it shouldn't be an issue, once you think about that and get used to folding the phone when not in use to protect the screen. One suggestion I would like to see made in the next version would be to have the coverscreen a bit larger for easier reading/navigation.

I got this phone about a month ago and I've absolutely been in love with the experience! everywhere I go I take out my phone, and everyone is always asking to see my phone because it's so cool to see a phone flip! the features on this phone are absolutely amazing! I was worried a little bit about the camera because I switched from the Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra to this one, but the camera didn't disappoint me! although I do miss the telephoto lens of the note 20 ultra, the wide and ultra wide cameras of this phone are amazing and they take stunning photos. I would definitely recommend this phone if you want the folding factor (and you maybe want to show off to your friends a bit!) and it was a perfect purchase! coming from the note 20 ultra, I've definitely had some concerns when switching to this phone, but I am completely satisfied with my purchase! (also, I have the blue color, and it's my favorite shade of blue ever!)
