I purchased this back in September when the phone was released.Recently, the front cover started to come away from the screen, which was disappointing, but to my shock, instead of protecting my phone the front cover had actually scratched the inside of the phone that it was protectingI now have scratches on the side of my phone that was under the cover, which can't be fixed.This cover has caused permanent damage to my phone that it was designed to protect!extremely unhappy that a Samsung product bought on Samsung website could be so rubbish and damage the phone it was designed to protect.

Still no news. While some of countries released.Don't play fame with customers.Also, I noticed sometimes my fold 4 having a no network error messages with Samsung care.But refused from 1week after purchaseI considering iPhone for next

the case feels pretty good against your skin, but thats the only good thing about it.no screen protectionno wireless charging if you have the s pen attachmentthe kickstand is thin and bends in any orientation other than 1the color is actually a pinkish cream, not really beigethe kickstand protrudes from the back of the phone just enough to make your grip unsure and unsafe, also uncomfortable and slides around a little bit as you type on the front screenthe modular back slot on the case is a nice idea in theory nut it doesn't work in practice. maybe if there was a way that you lock it into place but its just a snap in place attatch and detatch

I love everything about it. It is the genuine Samsung case with S pen. I have bought substitute pens, they are either ordinary stylus pens which do not fit into the case slot, or another one which tip I cannot change, plus after some time, wordings like "tip may damage screen" appeared. Must buy original case and pen! Color is beautiful and is the exact color of my phone. Love it! Thank you seller for accepting my offer. I have failed in other substitutions so many times!
Like the matt black colour even though would have been nice to send me a green case as I purchased a green phone. The case itself is nice and I like how the pen and stand is interchangeable. However it would have been nice to add a small kick stand towards one side of the case and leave the pen where it is as i like to use both but have to carry both things with me. Also the hinge is exposed which is a constant worry for me should i drop my phone. Please release a better case for the next generation. Btw there is adhesive inside the case which I had no idea about. I kept taking the case off to show off my phone and now the case keeps coming off unintentionally lol.

Also, this case came free with the preorder of the Fold4 so it was a no brainer.I feel that this case won't protect the phone or its screens from drops. The hinge is always exposed when folded. The bezel for the cover screen extrudes out somewhat for protection, but the case material doesn't feel like it has enough shock absorption. It also isn't Bluetooth, which isn't a big deal to me. Hopefully in the future, the Spen can be implemented into the phone like the Note series. The price of the Spen Fold Edition itself is high as well.I use it as my main case, and I'm good with all its flaws--because it was FREE and came with the Spen Fold Edition. I would definitely not pay $90 for the case nor $50 for the Spen Fold Edition by itself. Hence the 3-star review and the title: 2 stars for the case itself, 1 additional star for the it being free.
i'm not sure why so many people are complaining, but it's a very solid case. i love the pen case design. it gives you extra support for holding the phone while opened. it looks great when the phone is face down. the front case isn't raised too much. it allows you to still use the edges of the screen while protecting it.fyi. the kickstand is only meant to be used at a certain orientation. it's pretty obvious.
great improvement over the fold 3 pholio casei don’t need the stand and pen at the same time, so no issues there.the open case a lot better than a pholio case. the pen location aids grip when holding the phone, doesn’t really get in the way.i like that i can snap the spen holder off, making a slimmer case. no need for the stand, so i just leave the slot empty, and it works fine.much smaller and lighter than last year’s case.for improvements, i’d rather have an spen holder built into the phone. to reduce the amount of battery space it would take up, i’d be very happy with a short spen. i’m not a heave spen user, but like having it when i need/want it, and a short pen would be perfect for me. even half the length of the current spen would work for me, ymmv

I bought this case thinking I would love it but I don't. I really dislike that the pen and kickstand can't be utilized at the same time. I also find that the kickstand is filmsy; my fold leans and sometimes even falls over. After only 2 weeks my s pen stopped working. My phone doesn't recognize it and I can't even use it to select. It doesn't take a charge so idk what to do. Overall I'm fairly disappointed after spending over $90 after tax.
