Pre-order, received quickly. Had case for 7 days, holds up fine. The packaging is very nice. Instructions were decently easy to follow; only got confused once. The back part of the case with the pen holder is great, only one issue. The phone case IS thin. The phone rests on the camera lens when laid flat. However, it did come with extra stylus tips. The front part of the case, on the left side IS a little loose as they didn't put any adhesive along the thin side where the phone bends. Case is solid other than that, already had 3 drops (2ft - 3ft), and no issues. Wireless charging works for me. Thicker back design could be the only improvement I see, well and a thin adhesive for the left front.

Samsung should be embarrassed. This is basically an S Pen holder, nothing more, and it's certainly not a case. It won't protect your phone. It's slippery to hold, doesn't protect the camera or hing, and the front doesn't stay on even though I prepped it before using the adhesive. For $100 I'm not happy at all. At least I got an S pen out of it, and I will be buying another brand case ASAP. Also, they have all of these horrible reviews but still have this "case" for sale for $100? They should change the product description and the price and just blow out the inventory. Just terrible. Complete fail.

As other reviews stated, there are 2 pieces for this case: on that goes on top of the exterior screen (when the phone is folded), and the other on the back of it.The one on the top attaches to the phone with an adhesive tape on the sides, but there is a very tiny tape that attaches the plastic that connects the top to the bottom of the phone on the left side, by the hinge.That side does not glue or will unglue with normal use within a month or less. Once it is "unglued" it will move around and grab stuff that will pull it, causing it to eventually break. I bought this a month ago and the case is already broken. The idea is good, but the case design and build quality for the front screen is terrible. For the cost they want, this case IS NOT WORTH IT.Then Samsung had the audacity to tell me that in order to get it replaced I had to send it back to them, they would examine it and then they send me a replacement with the process taking 12-14 business days.So I'm supposed to leave my $2000+ phone unprotected because they POORLY designed and built a MEDIOCRE $100 case. Ridiculous. I will NEVER buy another Samsung branded accessory and very much on the fence about buying any other Samsung branded products after such poor concern for a longtime customer.
Good fit. Adhesion is holding up so far. I do wish Samsung would build in a good way for the front cover to snap into place more securely so adhesive wasn't relied on. I was pretty annoyed with the back cover not having a nub or ridge on the lower right corner that would prevent the phone from rocking while typing when the phone is laying on a flat surface. I fixed that with a small piece of self-adhesive foam tape. Now it sits firmly. Putting the phone on the wireless charger is also a little finicky due to the various lumps on the back. I put a Spigen glass screen protector on the outside screen and the case is not affected by it.
I purchased this case with the phone at half price. It was a good deal, considering the S Pen cost as much. I do, however, have complaints. First, I believe it's overpriced. Something should have been done to protect the hinge and connect it to the front part of this case. Second, the reliance on a sticky surface eliminates any actual screen cleaning. I have taken it off several times and cleaned the sticky portion with mild soap and water to great success so I could clean fingerprints off of the exterior screen, so there's that, but for the retail price, I have to question if this is nothing more than a price grab. I love my Samsung products, but this case is a terrible design. I had this case for a month and a half and the edge popped loose from the screen (not adhering anymore). 2 weeks later the bottom corner snapped in two. After seeing the reviews I decided to go with another brands case.I requested a refund on the case and Samsung said no due to it being over the 30 day return policy. What?!?! I'm disappointed with the customer service on this product. There was no abuse to the case. The phone was either in my pocket or on my desk. This case clearly has a defect and needs to be recalled.Samsung - This is not a great way to treat 20+ year loyal customers. I would recommend not buying this product.
