I loved this monitor. There are few incompatible and minor drawbacks in specific sites. Few clicks doesnt actually work in the bigger screen. Rather, take it back to laptop monitor and update it. I havent found the alternate ways yet.

Its pretty good image quality and the screen curve is just right. Actually pretty good sound quality as well - not thin bass shy sound, clear and sonorous. BUT: The lack of angles that you can tilt the screen is stupid: tilts down but not up. i'm standing at this bench, and have put books under the front of the support base to achieve the angle to tilt the screen slightly up i need 20-30 degrees tilt.

I didn't not buy the screen for gaming so can't comment. I wanted a screen to supplement my laptop screen to be able to have multiple documents in view at once while working from home. I love the screen abilities, speakers included and ease of setup. Essentially just plug it in. I alternate between the windows work laptop and my home iMac with ease. I read other reviews that talked about the problems setting up but didn't have any problems at all. The utility button at the bottom of screen is easy to understand and use to adjust sound/picture etc with lots of options.

The screen itself is fantastic. Unfortunately the stand angles the screen forward at the top, making the bottom of the screen harder to see. The height is also non-adjustable so I thought I'd attach the monitor to an arm stand and fix both issues... but there doesn't seem to be a compatible bracket? The inflexibility of the product drastically reduces its usability for me.
Delivery process: over promised and under delivered by a week. Even once it was delivered, I got notified 3 days later that it was being delivered! Monitor: is very curved and tilts forward, this gives a angled look. Doesn't stand upright at all. Faulty screen: After one week, the screen has a top-bottom black strip in the middle, This is clearly due to electronic disconnection between the two smaller monitor plates. Service: Repair process is very bad, with only return to repair centre with no replacement monitor. The monitor clearly needs to be replaced. Samsung is good at flashy promotions but terrible at delivering products that actually work!
I bought a new Intel Nuc Mini PC and bought this monitor as the main screen. I also bought a larger Samsung Smart Monitor as the second screen. As as new product designer and manufacturer, I appreciate good design. I would however liked it if the monitor had built-in speakers, like the other smart monitor but I also wish it has a built-in camera. Also the base does NOT match other Samsung monitor bases, it would be nice if there was synogy in this area. Otherwise, I am so happy with the monitor and the way it curves and tilts.
I bought this monitor for its inbuilt speakers as I'm not allowed to use bluetooth speakers during online exams. I found the speakers great for my use, the screen curvature perfect, and it's been over a month of constant use (12 - 16 hours a day) and I've no complaints with the colours or performance. I also watch Netflix on it and listen to music - it's easy on my eyes and I love it! I also like that the monitor base is flat enough for my keyboard to rest over it if need be, so that saves space on my workstation. I guess the only downside might be that the monitor height is fixed as the stand isn't adjustable; however, I was able to tilt the screen upwards (P.S. there is a technique to this which wasn't very intuitive - fortunately someone has a great YouTube ... MoreI bought this monitor for its inbuilt speakers as I'm not allowed to use bluetooth speakers during online exams. On the other hand, the screen can be moved sideways super smoothly - like cutting through butter! Finally, the monitor was very quick to ship and well packaged; thanks Harvey Norman for the excellent service!
I bought this monitor recently and it’s been quite disappointing. Easy to set up and cheap to buy however that’s when the positives end. Ive tried 100 combinations or contrast, brightness etc and no matter what it remains quite blurry with poor picture quality. Especially noticeable for reading writing in outlook, or on my work system. It feels like I’m wearing someone else’s glasses that just aren’t right. I’m not the best with the technical side, but it feels there’s not enough pixels for the size of the screen.
The monitor is just awesome and click & Collect took up absolutely no time - quick and easy... I have paired it up with another same size monitor that I purchased (from Harvey Norman 1 year ago) and the set up is so much more productive. At just over 1.4 mtrs across for the two of them and I can easily have 4 applications visible at any time (in readable font sizes). Doing meetings or recording on one monitor while dealing with various chats and email on the other really gets my day done quickly...
I just bought this today and found that the curve in the screen was too pronounced for a 32' monitor, we use similar sized one at work and the curve isn't as pronounced; also the monitor stand seems a bit dodgy and the screen is always angled down, I can't get it too stay up, as if the monitor is too heavy. Screen quality looks OK, just not very practical if I can't position it properly. Overall not happy Jan.
