I have owned one of these microwaves before which lasted for years. When it finally needed upgrading of course I brought another one the same this microwave is so easy to use and at such a bargain price for the quality. I have owned other microwave brands before which seem to fail me but recommend this one to everyone as its so reliable and easy to use. The hardest part when choosing a microwave was wondering if the baby steriliser would fit (most microwaves are too small) but they all fit in this big beauty perfectly! If your on the hunt for the Best of the Best then this is definitely your 1 product!

Looked good and reviews were positive. However build of microwave is very cheap. We bought during lockdown, otherwise probably would have returned item. Frame is out of line and door doesn't pop open when button pressed in, definitely a two-handed operation to pull door as pressing button. Cooks fine though and plenty of pre set options. Not worthy of more than 3 stars though, in my opinion. Service at good guys was excellent, even though operating from back of store during lockdown, well done.

When the microwave arrived it was very well packaged. However when it was unpacked it was obvious the door wasnt quite square. It worked so I didnt worry about it. However last week it started not opening when you push the door release. I called the Capalaba store to be told I had to bring the microwave in for assessment and it would probably be deemed as repairable so Id be without a microwave for an unnamed period of time. I was quite frustrated as living on Lamb Island that is not an easy task hence why I bought on line in the first place and had it delivered to a friend at Redland Bay. I havent solved how to deal with it yet.
