Nice machine. I really like that the codes for how to run the programed options is written on the inside of the door frame. Our last nuker had so many features but very soon we lost the book with instructions and all we ever did with it was power/1m/start. Also loviing how easy it is to clean.

If I could give this microwave 0 stars I would! In less than 2 years it started smoking and Samsung won’t do anything about replacing it. The good guys have told me that they get a lot of returns of this microwave for the same issue and they haven’t taken it off the market. Why are they still selling a faulty product? If I could give their customer service negative stars then I would!

We preferred our The Warehouse living & co. This one is hard to see through the glass, the buttons are hard to push, and its not as powerful even thou it is suppose to be. Wouldn't recommend.
Really unhappy with the light in the microwave when the door is closed and it is cooking. It is so dark that I cannot see how it is going, for example if the water in the vegetables is boiling yet or if my sauce is boiling ready to stir or boiling over. Very disappointed
I love how you can turn off the obnoxious beeping. I can now use the microwave without worrying about waking my toddler. It is quiet while running too, and looks stylish on my black benchtop. The downside is it's a bit under-powered compared with my old 1200W Sharp so things take 25% longer to heat. And you can't see through the door. But that's a trade-off I'm willing to make for peace and quiet.
This is an honest review written by a Samsung staff member who purchased this product. Great efficiency. The black colour is very sleek and I believe would fit in nicely with any existing kitchen design. Happy with the features available on the product.
Touch controls require very firm press to work, sometime several times. Could be hard for elderly to use. Overall good product. Good value for money.
I'm enjoying the Samsung 32L Sensor Microwave & happy with my purchase. It looks great in my kitchen & it has many quick options making it very easy to use. I also love the steam clean option on it.
I bought this for it’s working features and it’s gorgeous minimalist design. It is quick and easy to use. And great to look at. I love how I can press the eco button to turn off the clock and then it is hardly noticeable in my kitchen. It also has a self cleaning feature but it is so easy to wipe down anyway without using it. It is quite large inside too. Heating and cooking is great and it has a reminder beep half way for turning food over. Defrosting is quite simple as you just enter the quantity of the food and it sets the time for you. The only thing is it takes a bit longer to defrost than what I am used to but it defrosts pretty evenly which I am impressed with.
