I personally did not notice any image degradation when viewing from different angles. This Samsung Q80T TV does provide very good picture â deeper and more uniform blacks when we watching Gravity. Felt like we were in the scene with the actors. Very smooth motion with low input lag. Amazing feeling. The contrast on the QLED is quite impressive. Everything pops brilliantly bright where it needs to be. the sound coming out this TV is quite astonishing. This QLED built in 2.2.2 speaker system with output of 60 watts of power.The only minor issue I discovered is searching for the apps. After downloading the apps you will have to add them to the bar. They do not automatically populate. Other than that they have several apps besides the most common ones.Overall excellent QLED by Samsung for gamers and for watching movies and shows.

Coming from a 4k UHD, stepping into the QLED was like jumping into the future! The clarity makes you feel as if you're a part of the cast of your favorite shows. Since i have a Samsung phone, set up was super easy. All my apps were sticky installed and digging into my streaming services was very easy. The live TV is reminiscent of tubi or Pluto tv amc you don't have to access the apps to get to your favorite binge channel. 10 out of 10 for this tv. My only regret is not getting a bigger size. đ

I recently purchased this TV as an upgrade from an older Samsung 4K model that just didn't have enough "pop" in the picture for me. I have always been impressed with Samsung's products, and truly would consider no other brand. I was on the hunt for a 50â TV after the one I had from another brand started to freeze and turn off for no reason. I only had that TV for about a year, so I was hesitant about spending more money on another, but I knew I had to be very thorough about which one I'd be spending the money on.Iâm BEYOND happy I went with this option, the sound is absolutely amazing, and donât get me started on the picture quality, Iâve never seen such bright and clear colors.You truly cannot go wrong with Samsung; itâs worth the buck! 100% recommend!
I do love my Samsung Q80 TV; Ialso use the Samsung Q930C Soundbar.The picture quality is great, the sound is great as well, what I don't like and it a reason I might replace the TV is that every 15 to 17 minutes, the sound cuts out for a could seconds. At first, I thought the issue was with the Q930c soundbar, I now discovered the issue is with Streaming video. It does not matter if I'm watching Disney+ or a different service, the audio consistantly cuts out every 15 to 17 minutes. I had reached out to Samsung Tech service and they are not helpful, so I have learned to simply ignore the issue.Due to these issues, I am considering getting a different TV that is not a Samsung. However, other that the audio issue, it has been a great TV.

Well unfortunately I did run into a few small hiccups. The first was the lack of connection to my Alexa Cube. Granted normally you wouldn't need this device, because this Samsung TV has Alexa built into it. However, I use Alexa Studio as my surround sound because I prefer true surrou d sound over the sound that comes from the television. Sadly, the units wouldn't quite stay connected. This is not necessarily a deal breaker by any means. It just needed to be noted.The next small hiccup was that I found the user window to sometimes glitch up and freeze if I was trying to scroll or browse too quickly on the remote.Other than that though, my final thoughts are that this TV won't dissapoint. The clarity is unlike anything I've personally ever seen or owned before so I am incredibly happy.Is it perfect? No. But is it pretty darn close? Absolutely! I don't imagine anyone who was contemplating purchasing this unit would be dissapointed, nor would they regret their purchase.
