I love the space, design, quietness, colour and especially the all round cooling features. The all round cooling gives me the peace of mind that I don't have to worry about varying inside tempretures. The removable icebox also gives me an extra space option when I don't need to use it (like in winter). I love this fridge/freezer so much and would recomend it to any one! Anyone who sees it in my small apartment are so surprised by the large capacity yet the slim size. The combination of shelves, drawers and door shelves in freezer mimic a fridge - which makes storing food much easier and accessible. Very disappointed with the performance of the crisper of this fridge, which turns vegetables limp in a few days rather then keeping them fresh. Only one draw can be opened at a time and the fridge door needs to be opened all the way back to be able to pull out the crisper draws. The rest of the fridge is ok, however for me the crisper is the most important area due to high consumption of vegetables. This has been a regretful purchase.

Great looking fridge! The charcoal/Matt black colour goes well with most interiors and the fridge itself has heaps of space. We went with the non simple version as ice and water dispensers can create problems.

We bought this fridge to replace an old Samsung side by side fridge. We selected this model because it fitted into the space, had the similar fridge capacity, and the fridge worked perfectly for the whole family. Having seen it online, I rang Samsung Australia, the response was excellent and ordered the fridge immediately

The wine rack is pretty useless if you not a wine drinker. I reckon there should be an option for either another shelf or the wine rack. Heaps of space in the fridge, so much there could be another shelf. May be a couple of half depth shelves to accommodate the door shelves that are quite deep. Deep enough to hold a 6 pack of beer sideways. The manual could be a bit more in depth. The instructions to set the fridge/freezer temp are a bit confusing for example. And have other basic info like appropriate temp settings for fridge and freezer, that sort of thing. Needed a good, large fridge and this ticks all the boxes. It is spacious and contains both fridge space and freezer space. The fridge also included what I believe is an egg tray and a wine rack that I will admit I'll never use for their intended purposes, but it's certainly nice to have them. You can also set and lock temps for each space of the fridge. It's a solid fridge. I like the fridge. You should get this fridge.
After researching our favourite brands of 655L fridges we settled on Samsung. Once we saw it in the retailer we firmly decided also the price was great. The people that delivered it did such a great job it did not touch anywhere. Once in position we fell in love with it. It is amazing how much difference natural light makes. So much room inside. WE are certain that we made the right choice.
I bought it 2 weeks ago. This is the second side by side that I owe and is even more luxurious, spacious and useable than the previous one. I still have the one that I bought 12 years ago and it is still going strong.
Upgraded our older double door Samsung to a 655 ltr. I consider this 655 ltr better designed with a larger side door capacity. Beautiful Matt Black Aluminium. Running costs show 455 kwh which is a 60% saving on the older model, exceptional for 655 ltr.

The fridge fits nicely into our kitchen and you get heaps of space on the shelves and also in the doors to pack in whatever your heart desires. I went for the no ice and water version just for the cleaner look and less things to go wrong overtime which also frees up more space in the fridge and freezer. The only thing i think that could be improved is maybe having shelf lighting going the full length of the fridge as one small light at the top for the full length is a bit average when the top shelf is loaded and you are digging around on the lower shelves looking for something.
