When I imagined a 16kg washing machine I thought it would be big and bulky but it's completely not the case! I cant believe how energy efficient it is and I only have to do 1 big load compared to 3-4 loads if I was to use a smaller machine. I no longer need to go to the laundromat to wash my big doonas which is a huge plus for me as well. Another feature I love is that I can monitor my load via the app and it works so well with with the matching dryer. I have been recommending this product to all my family and friends!

Bought this under a year ago problems with drum bearing then machine turned off with clothes inside. Unable to get clothes out, clothes inside and washing machine still here. Refund they said yes but have to provide bank statement, we provided part of our bank statement with account number etc but they want a Bank Logo on it, so NO refund as yet and no answer about our compensation for all our clothes. It has been a month. Clothes are still in washing machine.

I brought this machine for its size and smart features. The energy efficiency is amazing. I run both the dryer and washer and combined they use less energy than my last washer or dryer. The alerts you get when washing is finished is great. I would like to see a better-delayed start function and easier profile saving. The washing is excellent, clothes are clean and the machine has many options for different clothes. The linking kit makes stacking the dryer easy. The water then controls the dryer, so perfect for people not able to reach the dryer when stacked. I do wish the door was reversible though. This has integrated well as we also own the Samsung smart fridge so we get alerts there. I wish I made the move years ago.

I love this washing machine, it’s big so can fit all the family’s dirty laundry. It’s smart so I can connect and manage washes through my phone. It is also a very good washer, best I’ve owned, with lots of cycle types and just better at washing than my previous machines
We brought this washing machine on 5th May. The delivery was very slow and had to chase updates. We are only 30min from the Gold Coast but considered rural area, delivery was on 2nd June. That's the only complaint. The machine is working fantastically so far with no issues. Seems way more stable than our last machine and hasn't had any issues with large loads. Hopefully this continues into the future.

There is no anti-crease option that tumbles the load after its finished, There is no steam refresh function where you can freshen up a pair of jeans you want to wear again and there is no way to adjust or mute the alert volume.The App and Smart Control is great but I wish the soap and fabric softener controls could be saved with individual load settings. For example I have to wash certain items without fabric softener but I need to turn the fabric softener off in an individual setting before I start the load and then I need to remember to turn it back on after this special load is washed rather then saving the no fabric softener preference with the saved load preferences.
I bought this machine 2 month ago and now it is dead it doesn't turn on,called the service center and they've send a technician to repair, tried to replace the display board and it didn't work ,replaced the main board with a new one and it didn't work either,the technician advised that even the new main board is faulty!! they have left without being able to repair my machine !! We are family of 7 and the laundry has been sitting everywhere in the house with Samsung refusing to replace or give a refund neither the machine is being repaired!I refuse in anyway a new machine which is 2 month old to be repaired and they don't even know what's wrong with it ! How can I trust this product anymore? Never buy Samsung washing machines .time waisters and unprofessional people.
We bought this machine and it lasted 4 months before it broke and cannot be repaired. Samsung have acknowledged it was faulty and promised to replace it now for 5 months with no action, despite weekly follow up emails and calls from us. Now have a machine that doesn’t work and no end in sight to actually replace it. We will never buy Samsung again.
Was worried before buy that 16kg will be to much and spend lots of water but it calculates it self snd use less water and detergent. Can wash everything specially some rugs and beddings. And if can buy 10kg dryer buy together perfect match
I bought this machine 1 week ago and I love it. Super quiet spin and washing - we have to go and check that it is running. With 5 in the family, this washing machine has you covered. Pleased with the length of the washing cycle and you can add the dryer if you want to. Love the auto dose feature for detergent and softener. Love it!!!
