A focus gear ring is installed for follow focus system and the decoupled aperture gear ring works quietly and smoothly during shooting. The T number provides the actual amount of light transmission by the lens to the sensor or film plane. For the first time in Samyang Optics’ history, Nano Coating System (NCS) is used to create even lower reflection and higher contrast than the original Ultra Multi Coating (UMC) system. The lens is constructed out of solid, high-strength aluminium-alloy and features a minimum focusing distance of 0.24m.
