The only downside is that the bag it comes with, while well made, it rather short when you mount the ballhead. My Sirui K20 clears the legs when reversed, and it all fits in the bag; however, a larger head would probably need to be removed to before using the bag. I've read a horror story or two about the leg locks failing, but time will tell. At first inspection, I have to say, my Induro definitely has beefier leg locks, but I don't anticipate the Feisol's being an issue. Very pleased.

I've found these Scan Disk memory cards to do everything I want them to do. I use them for Video in HD with Extra fine Pixels so has to write to the card quickly. Also some times I need to review when I have just filmed in case of a reshoot. If i go from play to rewind without pressing stop, some cards CRASH! I now have a lot of these and none have failed due to my mis-use! I have used these also with 4K video and have had no issues, they seem to cope well. I do not recommend that you treat them like I have done, but under pressure it's nice to know they can cope with human impatience. Under wet conditions the plastic box keeps used and unused cards dry in your pocket or camera case.

Since I do not understand how Windows selects drive letters as one plugs in different storage devices, oftentimes changing drive letters, I find it simpler to use the reader / writer because each Windows machine I use seems to recognize it consistently each time. This allows me to easily reuse Perl scripts and CMD files to do regular expression searches across text files down a tree of file folders, and similar-looking tree listings. I choose SanDisk because of my history with their products. Once upon a time, I began with a SanDisk 8mb compact flash card that cost 3x the current Imagemate 3.0 Reader / Writer. So far, I have no complaints with SanDisk products. The purchase of the SanDisk 16gb Extreme cards was based on the included jewel case. I use the jewel case. I keep the cards in their jewel cases, and then place them in the pouch. I have never carried a card in a pouch without the jewel case. The Ruggard pouch is new to me, and has the capacity I wanted - the ability to carry a mix of compact flash, SDHC, or jump drives. I rarely use compact flash nowadays, but I have some, so I'm glad to have the facility. Hope this explanation is useful.
