DO NOT BUY! COUNTERFEIT CARDS BEING DELIVERED!I purchased 3 of these 256 GB 170mb/s SanDisk Extreme Pro SD Cards in April for the upcoming Wedding Season (I'm a wedding photographer.) 2 of the 3 cards were used and both of the ones I used corrupted image files. 1st wedding I lost about 200 files. 2nd Wedding I lost about 50 files. 3 use I lost 10. Once I realized I had corrupted files, I immediately changed out my SD Cards. Upon further inspection of these new cards (which I have had to replace because I refuse to use this again for fear of loss of work) the SD Cards do NOT have a Serial Number on the back of the card, the plastic feels different, the contact points on the back of the SD Card are a different color or form of metal alloy, and the ejection tab on the ... MoreDO NOT BUY! I'm just so angry for trusting Walmart.com with my gear needs. I would honestly give these a 0/5 stars if I could!

Excellent Memory Card with large capacity. My daughter and I take a lot of pictures with my Nikon D3500 Camera. We switch the memory card between my Nikon D3500 camera, HP Spectre laptop and a Mac Laptop when loading pictures to eBird. We have never had a problem with the Memory Cards and buy the same kind all the time. Highly recommend this brand and capacity of Memory Card.

Price is relatively comparable no matter where you go for it mid-60's. So, if you can buy it with Free Shipping and No Tax so much the better! I bought two of these and they work great in both my Nikon D7100 and D5300. A good test of any cards capabilities is to setup the exposure mode in RAW (14 Bit) plus JPEG and throw the camera in continuous shoot mode besides what the camera's buffer can handle, you should see what amount of time it takes to get the first six images on the card. That is also with the caveat that the camera has the same continuous frames per second rate. Or try it with another card in the same continuous mode on each camera. I think for the most part most people will buy this card for the larger HD video and still storage capable with these ... MorePrice is relatively comparable no matter where you go for it mid-60's. I think for the most part most people will buy this card for the larger HD video and still storage capable with these cards. For that this card can handle most of what you can throw at it for 95% of the uses you might have. High speed video or super high speed continuous exposures with a high frame per second rate can ultimately push any card to it's limits. I definitely recommend staying with brand name memory card manufacturers. Too many problems with off-brands - Transcend among the worst I have used. And as a final caveat, make sure your camera supports the use of the card before laying out your hard earned bucks. This is a Class 10 SDXC, V30 and 4K compatible card. This card is also one of the few recommended for the new Nikon D750. Feel fortunate you don't have to shell out the bucks for a Compact Flash version with the same specs. That would run hundreds of dollars.

I have never had a problem with Adorama, but I checked the back of this card anyway and was relieved to see the product code on the card, assuring me that the card was genuine. I purchased a card on Ebay that looked exactly like this one, but there was no product code on the card and when it died after a month, applied to SanDisk for the warranty and found that the card was not a genuine SanDisk.Having said that, be sure to purchase from a reputable source. Adorama is a good source and SanDisk is a reliable, quality card. This one is still performing flawlessly..
I have used the 64GB version of this memory card for several years, sometimes used in pairs for mission-critical photography tasks. It is fast enough, or more correcty has adequate bandwidth, to keep up with my DSLR's fast shutter mode and video shooting tasks. Admittedly, I don't shoot a lot of video and only at 1080p @ 60 fps. There are slightly cheaper alternatives, but given that this card is (theoretical) 95 MB/s throughput, the online purchase cost of this 32 GB version is very reasonable. I have never had a failure of the 64 GB version while used in my DSLR. Over time, I have developed a trust of Sandisk memory products.
I use SD cards for many different purposes - some personal and some business - and mostly for photography. I want to make sure that I am using the real thing not a knockoff. There are so many fakes out there that it's a real risk and that's especially true if the cards are cheaper than you'd expect. Buying direct from the source gives me peace of mind that my cards are genuine and will not let me down. The cards are indeed reliable and live up to the specs that accompany them. I have never had a genuine SanDisk card fail on me. They have always done what I have asked of them.Highly recommended for anyone who needs SD cards.
Ive used many brands for many of my portable electronic equipment to save music, pictures, high quality movies, for HDTV, still cameras, dash-cam recorders, and most perform fine. Until you use Sandisk Extreme Pro microSDXC memory cards, i found them to be reliable, excellent read/write performance (depends on host as well). This 128GB is no exception. Ive purchased the 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, even up to 400GB. I know theres also a 512GB, for those who want maximum storage for high end smartphones, etc. I should also tell people, keep an eye out for fake SanDisk cards. The letters arent as crisp (as you see on the image I provided), the speeds dont even go above 25-30Mbps, thats a sure sign its not genuine. Product reliability, durability & quality assurance makes purchasing the SanDisk brand a no brainer. I bought a couple of these for my Nikon D7000 and are more than adequate for the camera. Just a heads up on buying the correct card for your camera. Do your research. A faster card only means faster transfer rates - if your camera is designed to handle them, excessive speeds are a total waste. Only buy the nearest compatible rated memory card for what you own. Example: The SanDisk Extreme Pro 45MB/s SD HC 1 card was specifically made for the Nikon D7000 - as it was the only DSLR digital camera capable of processing such speeds at the time of production. Because these are no longer available, I always try to purchase the nearest MB/s that is available, in this case, ... MoreProduct reliability, durability & quality assurance makes purchasing the SanDisk brand a no brainer. Example: The SanDisk Extreme Pro 45MB/s SD HC 1 card was specifically made for the Nikon D7000 - as it was the only DSLR digital camera capable of processing such speeds at the time of production. Because these are no longer available, I always try to purchase the nearest MB/s that is available, in this case, 95 MB/s. A faster memory card will provide no benefit to your cameras speed. It works like a bottleneck. When the camera takes a picture, the sensor captures information and passes it to the buffer, and the buffer passes the information to the memory card. If the processor in the camera is slow, using a faster memory card wont make a bit of difference in speed. In many cases, however, the memory card is the weak link in the chain.
Bought two of these to go with my Canon R6. Have so far shot about 4000 raw pictures and about 40mins of 4k video. Absolutely no complaints. At 20fps shooting RAW I have had no issues with the camera buffer. Although the R6 buffer is very large. Video has been rock steady although I have yet to try more intensive formats such as 120fps. When transferring files to the computer the card is no slouch operating at around 90-100mbs through a USB hub. I don’t feel frustrated by the amount of time it takes at shifting 50GBs worth of data. I would highly recommend going for the 170mbs cards as the 300mbs are another level in terms of price.
I purchased these for a safari trip which gives me lots of capacity for taking action photos. I like to have several smaller memory cards in case one gets corrupted rather than a single larger card. The write speed is ideal for my system (Canon 7d mark 11 and using a 100-400mm IS 11 USM lens) . I may need to consider different cards if I ever go to a different and/ or mirrorless system.
