Right out of the box it was simple as plug it in and go. This drive starts when you computer does with no set up procedure or special software. The outside construction is sturdy, clean and easily stackable with my over drives. Its is super fast when save over files and so far shows no problems. Very pleased with my purchase.
Delivery was sent without signature requirement. Was left in front of my house a day early without even knocking on my door and was stolen. Was told too bad and was out nearly $1000
i haven't contact the customer service many times, and never get this problem resolved!!!
