Customer Support from Western Digital (WD) is a joke. My RAID is failing and their Advanced RMA isn't working on their website. I've been waiting weeks for some resolution. Every response is give us 2 days to get back to you. Then no one calls me back. I have to call them again a week later and I hear the 2-day line all over again. If the cost of this RAID is covering support WD needs to make a drastic price reduction.

It comes configured in RAID 5 for a Mac. Once we formatted in NTFS in RAID 5, its been performing great. Excellent read and write, averaging 2000 or more. Light and quiet.

I have 2 HDD G-Raids that work great (126TB avail as RAID5, 42TB avail as RAID5).I bought the new 32TB SSD, and it works as expected *except none of the support software works* and I cannot troubleshoot a solid-red light that indicates drive failure. So that's not acceptable. I'll continue troubleshooting, but I'm gambling. The speed is 1400 Write / 2200 read which is excellent.I'll try a different daisy chain sequence and see if that clears up the red light. But otherwise, my experience with the parent company has been unprofessional and worrisome. No channels of communication yield response. They need to make a support system that functions for professionals, or do not offer companion software, or contact us forms.Currently running Mac Studio M1 [13.4.1] ... MoreI have 2 HDD G-Raids that work great (126TB avail as RAID5, 42TB avail as RAID5).I bought the new 32TB SSD, and it works as expected *except none of the support software works* and I cannot troubleshoot a solid-red light that indicates drive failure.
