Faulty product, excellent seller

I received the item, and it appears to be a legitimate, brand-new SanDisk SD card (the packaging is identical to their usual products). I tested the item from day one after receiving it, but, after three reformats with different file systems and done with different devices, I couldn't get this SD card to work.However, the seller was excellent. They honored a completely frictionless refund, and were very responsive to my inquiries. This rating is more for the seller than the product, which I'm mixed on recommending.On the one hand, I understand that electronics do occasionally fail, so maybe I got a lemon.
