Well I recently purchased this Letter Box to give my home a modern look and failed to realise at the time that there was not any Rain Cover to protect the mail from getting wet. The design allows for the rain to enter both compartments and ruin all my mail. Whatr a poor design and to makes things worse, it appears that nothing has been doe to rectify this annoying problem.
Looks great. Screws are poor quality and two had the heads twisted off. Bought some other one at bunnings and they were fine.Initially put a screw in near where the letter go so be careful with placement.
This is supposed to be "rusted" but it's just painted. The locking mechanism fell off offer a few weeks. I had this delivered and would never have bought it in store.Extremely disappointed.
Other review says it doesn’t look like photo. It is designed to rust slowly over time. You can speed up the process by adding salt and vinegar. Solid build. Would recommend.
Looked fine initially but the power coating is coming off and it's rusting after 6 months installed.Mail gets soaking wet too. Avoid.
it looks good with a very strong lock. nice finish. will look good once installed.
when it rains, water enters . all my letter get saturated. I now need to replace the letter box not happy at all
