I purchased this to keep a spare house key in and it doesn’t lock anymore I followed the instructions which aren’t even straight forward. Definitely find a more simple product - waste of money

I bought this product only a few months ago, click & collect during lockdown which was tantamount to buying sight unseen. Apart from the storage space being extremely small and accommodating only two keys max without the keyring, it rusted out really quickly. Spend more and get something fit for purpose.

I purchased 9 of these locks for my business. Whilst they are good if you just want to place 1 or 2 loose keys in them the moment you have them on a key tag you spend more time trying to place everything right to get the lock to shut and then lock.For the price if you are after something to have a spare key in then its great. If looking for something to have more then 1 key in or you want a tag on the key as well, I would look at another lock.

I now have two of these and bought the second knowing what they're like. They're not exceptional but they do the job of being a place for a spare key. The numbers roll better in numerical order rather than backwards. Not sure how it would last if it was being used all the time - and the rolling numbers may annoy you if that's the case, but I've had one out in the elements for a few years and it still works well. Thankfully I've only had trolly on it a handful of times
Absolute rubbish, purchased in January and lasted 2 months. I’ve now got a key inside that I can’t get out as the lock mechanism has jammed and cannot open. Don’t waste your money
I gave this a 3 star if I could have done 3 1/2 I would . It’s not a bad product for the price but the inside space is very small for the size of the unit . You can literally fit one key in there . It’s bulky and heavy and the numbers are a bit stiff but it does the job .The delivery from Bunnings was very quick was very impressed with that .
Keys stolen, had to change locks. Locksmith said it's simple to open and there are youtube videos showing how!
I've had it for 3 years and very satisfied . I read the reasons for poor reviews and considered where to mount out of the weather and very difficult to break open which was really quire easy. Only had to use a couple of times in an emergency which is what it is for,
This was easily snapped by a burglar, and I had to change my locks! Invest in a better quality lock box. Bunnings were great though, and gave me a full refund. Not their fault, just not a great product!
It was advertised as being able to hold 5 keys. Little tiny suitcase keys maybe I wanted it to hold only my car key which has a remote on it. This key would not fit because the locking mechanism is in the middle of the key storage area. This was a great waste of money because the lock was returned and I exchanged it for another and because it was not in stock I have had to pay for 2 transport costs. I will only be buying things like this not online but after I have seen them in the flesh.
