love these shoes, they work well with a smart casual winter wardrobe...the reason I have given a 4 star is that I imagine it takes a little time for them to 'soften' and become completely comfortable, as is expected with leather.

I adore these shoes. They are slightly narrower in real life than they appear on the internet, hence my star deduction. Because they are leather I think they'll be forgiving, but I'm going to wait until my broken toe heals before I stretch them out! Loving the tassel detail, can't wait to see how it looks when I step in them!

I returned these after buying online. Material is very hard and cuts painfully into back of heel. They’re super cute but very uncomfortable. Sizing was also strange. Too tight at toe but too loose at ankle no matter what size I tried.
Great quality, good fit, leather at the top of heel is a little stiff so may dig into the skin, but otherwise really comfortable. Spray with leather protectant straight away to prevent leather from staining.Good for ladies with a slightly wider foot. The grip at the bottom of the shoe is a textured rubber sole to prevent from slipping on smooth surfaces.
Great looking shoe! I tried on several similar styles but this one stood out. A very helpful staff member gave me plenty of options to choose from.

I've tried to wear these shoes so many times, within 10 minutes of wear, my heel starts bleeding. I've tried gel cushions and heel grips with the issue still happening. So dissapointed because they aren't cheap
i must have a faulty pair as these shoes are horrific. they slice through my heel. the back is so sharp i cannot wear them without bandaids which only last an hour and are sliced through also. I have tried to return but was told as i had worn them they wouldn't accept the return. how do i know they injure me without wearing them.
