If you like a clean, simple salsa that doesn't have a smoky flavour and won't burn your tongue, this is it. Unlike many salsas, this doesn't taste like a near version of spag bol, lol. This is hands down my favourite salsa that I've found so far. I'm a wimp with chilis, but some hint of heat is part of what makes salsa good, and this is truly "mild." It will have a slow build up of heat, but totally on the mild end, not the kind that makes you want to guzzle water. Perfect with Morri tortilla chips! (IMO, you have to use corn crisps, not potato, with this kind of salsa.)
