To protect your card, SAPPHIRE cards have a fuse built into the external PCI-E power connector circuit to protect the components. The composite heatpipes are finely tuned for each individual cooling design with optimal heat flow and distribute the heat efficiently and evenly across the entire cooling module. The fans are equipped with dual ball bearings, which in our tests had an approximately 85% longer service life than plain bearings. The improvements to the fan blades mean that the solution is up to 10 % quieter than the previous generation. The all-aluminium backplate provides extra stability, ensuring that nothing bends and dust stays out. It also helps to cool your card by increasing heat dissipation.
