If I wear any other tennis for long, my feet are hurting within five hours to the point of wincing with every step! Not clumsy wide soles but on carpet or cement they support my balance ! I’m a wallpaper hanger,160 lbs and very active (as long as I’m wearing Saucony shoes with versafoam!!

Bought these shoes in black at the end of May, beginning of June 2020. Wore them once in a while until the end of July when I started putting in about 5+ miles each day in them, specifically for running or walking. Before the end of August, I started feeling area under the ball of my right foot wearing through and then the fabric against my heel also developing a hole. When I decided to replace the insoles with commercial ones, I saw that each supplied insole was very thin and both had worn through under the ball of each foot, in several spots.I've had Saucony shoes for at least 10 years, and this is the first pair that has fallen apart so quickly. That said, they are comfortable. Maybe if you use these for a casual shoe it might last longer, but for running shoe (as categorized) I've definitely had better.

Don't bother with this shoe if you plan to do any running. The quality control stinks. I've had great Cohesions and others with inconsistent fit, stitching, or materials. The laces are cheap and awful. Worst case scenario you will injure yourself. Happened to me. The heel cup was so out-of-mold that a sharp piece of the plastic protruded into the foot bed under the insole. I only ran four miles on it but my heel was injured, seemingly bruised and almost cut. I quickly threw those pair away and got a another Saucony product. It's been over a week and I still feel the injury. I will never buy Cohesions again. Just spend a little more and get a better quality shoe. One more bad experience and I may start looking for a different brand. So far the higher priced models have not been affected.

I recently added the Saucony Cohesion 13 to my shoe rotation for my lighter runs and all I have to say is "WOW"! This shoe has an affordable price tag (I got mine on sale for $49) and it performs great. I run about 30-50 miles a week and these shoes will perform great on any run up to 10 miles. There is a decent amount of "spring" and the cushion is just about right (not too plush/firm). Very light and breathable. They are fantastic neutral trainers for a 5K & 10K.Currently, I run in the Saucony Triumph 18 for my longer runs and use the Cohesion 13 for my shorter/recovery runs. Also, ran in the Saucony Triumph 17. Prior, I ran in the Asics Cumulus Series (16-21) and Nimbus Series (16-21) for my shoe rotations. For the price tag, you definitely get more for what ... MoreI recently added the Saucony Cohesion 13 to my shoe rotation for my lighter runs and all I have to say is "WOW"! Definitely better than its' competition (Asics Contend Series / New Balance Fresh Foam Arishi Series) in my opinion. Give it a shot!
Since the Cohesion 11 was my favorite running shoe in my collection, I ordered the Cohesion 13 online. The 13 model is more plush due to the Versafoam midsole. This model is also about 20 grams lighter than the Cohesion 11. Whereas most of my running shoes weigh up to 280 grams, my size 8 Cohesion 13 shoes weigh about 245 grams. I enjoy the cushion and weight of this model. However, after running 100 miles with these shoes, I find that I am not compatible. This model has a wider tread at the toe box, causing the midsole to offset toward the outboard side of the shoe. The imbalance in the midsole has been effective at elevating my small toes, while my big toe is compressing the padding on take-off. Thus, I am pronating while wearing these shoes. The imbalance in the midsole has been effective at elevating my small toes, while my big toe is compressing the padding on take-off. Thus, I am pronating while wearing these shoes. During the past 2 weeks, I have been feeling fatigue on the inside of my lower legs each time I complete my run. Now I am also feeling a new discomfort in my knee. While the Cohesion 11 feels like a perfectly balanced neutral running shoe, this model is best for one who under-pronates.
I was looking for running shoes to use on treadmill. These shoes are good but not great for treadmill. There is no bounce from the sole or no cushion inside the shoes. It feels like they are very hard on your knees. They seem sturdy. Time will tell how long they lasts. There is a catch22 situation for returns. The store only accepts unused/like new shoes for returns. But how do you know whether they are good for running without using them? If you use them outdoors they never look like the way they want. So basically there are no returns to this store.
These are my second Saucony shoes. I bought the same shoe in silver/ gray after trying them at the store. I really liked the fit and cushioning so bought the navy blue within a few weeks. Fit true to size, nice looking (not gaudy), good ventilation for summer, and great cush when walking/ standing. All you need in a casual shoe!
I love these shoes. From the old waffle days and Saucony's response with triangle soles, I've been a big fan of shoes with larger toe boxes. Saucony's Cohesion 13's are well suited for athletes with wider feet who run on a reasonable budget. You won't have to pay for custom inserts or deal with cramped feet, sore bunions and painful feet. The Cohesion 13's are very comfortable and can be worn all day.
I got these for a trip I had coming up and was happily surprised. Went on a trip averaging 8.5 miles a day and these shoes worked out great. They are comfortable out of the box, lightweight and well ventilated. The OEM insoles are okay but I changed mine to a performance insole out of personal preference. After using these shoes for several days on my trip I am very happy with the performance of them. No sore feet, breathed well in Florida heat and no detectable wear on the outsoles . Academy had these on sale for under $30 when I bought them and that's a good bargain. Saucony made a good shoe in the past and continues to do so.
The service by Academy was great, 5 star. The shoes were smaller in length and width than any 10.5 D I have ever seen. Just looking at them while lifting them out of the box I could see they were small. I've worn 10.5 Asics for 40 years and never had a problem. These Saucony's are really unusable for me. I'll probably donate them.
