I actually bought a different pair of these shoes really long ago off Saucony's website, and I ordered the second pair after I tried them on last week before my half marathon. This is not a technical review, but I simply want to let Saucony know that they made a legendary shoe with this second version of the Endorphin Pro 2.I cannot afford to buy the elite version of the shoe, but I am very happy to have found the Endorphin Pro 2 half-priced here on eBay!

I have a few other Saucony shoes and I would say these are true to size if you run in the Peregrine or Kinvara models. I have about 250 miles in these from tempos and intervals to all out racing. It's still holding up well and I expect to use them for 150 more miles at least. They are expensive, after all. The midsole is the perfect blend of response and cushion for long miles. It can do anything from the 5k to the Marathon. It has the stability and lightness for the smaller stuff. Very versatile workout/racing shoe. It would be a shame if they were to change the midsole at all. Vaporfly and others are maxed out. This is the only one that is not. Please keep it how it is! Maybe give the shoe a little more structure around the heel collar.

Hands down, the best running shoes I have owned. Have been using these for just over two weeks and have logged just over 160 km. The uppers are incredibly thin and light, with just the right amount of support. The soles are amazing, stiff with the carbon plate, but still cushiony. To be honest, when walking they feel like the inside of the heel is missing something, but I feel none of that while running. These shoes make my 10K daily run almost effortless, and I feel I have as much energy at the end as the start. I was used to the 10mm drop in my other shoes, so at first the 5mm drop in these was a little different. But after about three runs it felt natural. These shoes do not do well in any sort of ice, even just a little pavement glaze on a sub-zero morning is ... MoreHands down, the best running shoes I have owned. These shoes do not do well in any sort of ice, even just a little pavement glaze on a sub-zero morning is dicey. But traction is fine otherwise. I dont feel the tread is going to last much over 600 km, especially on the outer sole. But I highly recommend these shoes. You deserve the extra cost, and you will reap the reward ten-fold.

Don’t be scared, other than beginner runner, one can benefit from this running shoes. This is my first carbon plat running shoes and I am so impressed by it. Prior to purchase, I reviewed a lot of YouTube videos. The most common comments were…. Shoes are too firm and one needs to be a strong runner to feel the carbon plate benefits. Well I am not a strong runner but I felt the cushion and felt the bounce from the plate. Simply put it, Endrophin Pro 2 gives you wing.
I really love the Saucony Endorphin Pro 2 running shoes. They fit my particular feet perfectly and give a moderately cushioned neutral ride. Now that the Pro 2's have been discontinued for the Pro 3's, I decided to pick up a few while they're still available. I've done that in the past with running shoe styles I liked, so having a few pairs of extra shoes in my closet is no big deal.
This is my first carbon-plated running shoes. It reminds me of the Adidas Ultraboost if you ever wore them (cushioned foam that give you a spring-like extra boost when you run). The quality of material is great and it feels like it will have a good durability.I didn't need to break-in as they look ready to wear without any issue. However, it took me a few runs before getting used to them. It is a different feeling compared to "traditional shoes". After a few weeks, I feel like I am running faster than usual.Overall, I enjoy running with them and the colors combinations are flashy. It is worth if you want to perform at long distance races. However, it is pricey for casual running, but I feel like an athlete when I wore them. Highly recommended!
I instantly fell in love with the original Endorphin Pro. I have been a runner for 40+ years and it is the MOST responsive shoe I have ever worn. The Endorphin Pro 2 is no different. Everything that Saucony touts with the shoe is true: light, breathable, comfortable, cushioning without squishiness, speedroll/toe off, responsiveness - it's all spot on. I call the shoe a "game-changer." If there was a bit of critique I have it would be cornering with them isn't as stable as a normal shoe. It's also a bit slippery when the pavement is wet. That's trivial for me. I even wore my original Endorphin Pro during the first 100 mile ultra I ever ran (Fall of 2021) and set a National Age Group record in them! They were perfect - light, comfortable, and protective. I plan to ... MoreI instantly fell in love with the original Endorphin Pro. This shoe is super comfortable with the extra width, and really returns the energy! It takes a bit of time getting used to, and I noticed how my gait running changed and it affected various muscle groups differently so got a bit sore after the first runs. But it's an astonishing improvement over any previous shoes. The only issue to be aware of (and only reason for the deducted point) is regarding sizing:1. Saucony got the US-EU scaling wrong in their sizing, so that e.g., their 11.5 says it's EU 46 when really that's 45 and 11 is 44 but their says it's 45. I usually end up between 44 & 45 EU (11 & 11.5 US) for other shoes so had to pick and went with the EU sizing first (US 11 & EU 45) only to find out that they were too small. So I guess the US sizing is the ... MoreThis shoe is super comfortable with the extra width, and really returns the energy! So I guess the US sizing is the correct one and one can't trust the EU sizing. This sizing snafu is not just at the ordering stage btw but the wrong conversion is printed inside the shoes. I'll update my rating once they fix this but until then Saucony & REI will see a lot of shoes go back that were people erred on the wrong side of the conversion error.2. Another issue that might be unique to my foot geometry (so I'm not deducting a point for it) with the cut of these is that I can't get the larger version to be fully snug although they're clearly not too long (and the 11/45 ones were clearly too short), and my left foot slides out every so slightly with every step I guess because it's a little smaller though I haven't ever had this problem with any other shoes.
They are running shoes made to run fast while keeping your legs fresh! Although they're known to yield great benefits for middle distances, they totally come to your rescue when you're out for longer. The 5mm heel to toe drop allows me to keep the same running form as with the NB Minimus 10V2's!They provide all the cushion you need and absorb the impact from speed stride or those dropping feet when you get tired. Because of the propulsion you get from the carbon plated midsole, you must be adapted to a 180 turnover. Wide toe box, incredibly thin, light and breathable upper.Personally, after researching and trying different Saucony models and other brands, I feel that the Pros are way ahead of the game and best suit my needs. The nylon plated Endorphine Speed are not as rigid and are better suited for runners with slower turnover. I find that the Pro 2 compared to the Pro 1, are a little narrower on the dorsal region but you can loosen the laces a little to offset that. Highly recommended.
