I am not a professional athlete. It has no support, so really a race day shoe and for athletes, it does help with improving timing but not having support has a down side of hurting yourself. I would not buy these again. I do use them and it's amazing when I run in them but I have to make sure it's a known route; I wont use it on unknown route as I would definitely get hurt.

I run ~30 miles a week (11+ on weekends), road and gravel, I have rather mid wide foot size 9. I own few other brands which I like, about 9 months ago I moved to the Speed 3 and could not be running more comfortable on training and race days (Full/Half Marathons). I recently purchased the Pro 3, as comfortable on my knees, excellent fit, light, like the extra thickness at the bottom and perfect drop for my strides (mostly tiptoe runner). A bit pricy, tho I owe my feet/knees nothing but the best, I purchased second pair of the Pro 3. Only complaint! I hope Saucony offers more vibrant colors for this style.

The lightest pair of shoes I own! When they came delivered in the box, I thought Is there anything in the box?! The upper is light and breathable. The toe box is spacious, but not crazy wide. You feel like you're gliding along at an effortless pace, and then you look down at your watch to realize you are MOVING GOOD! LOVE these SHOES!

Great for everyday training and for long runs. The carbon fiber plate makes the ride a bit bouncy so I had to adjust my stride. The shoe is very gentle on the joints so I was able to run longer and faster than in my normal training shoes. The only caveat I have with these shoes is that the shoe fits a little smaller than usual.
While the quality of these running shies is high; performs r good; great spring - I never had to bend down and tie the laces more often than with the saucony brand. Previous Endorphjn had laces were 4 inches too long as virtually no one uses the two upper holes.
Bought these shoes for my third half marathon. I usually wear a cushion shoe (New Balance 1080s) but wanted to see how the carbon plate would do. Shoe was springy and only took a few runs to break in. After 13 miles my feet were more sore but did not overly bother me. Overall a great purchase! Saucony shoes generally run a half size small for me so sized up from a 8.5 to 9.
Just got these and I’m in love. The Pro 2s have been my race shoes for a year and I’ve gone through two pairs of Speed 2s. These are a world apart. Far more cushion and bounce but light as a feather. These are NOTHING like the previous endorphin models, not sure what the reviewer who said they were like the Speed 2s bought but it can not have been the Pro 3. I wore my normal size whereby I have to go up a half size in the Pro and Speed 2s. The Pro 3 have way more rebound and forward propulsion while providing far more cushion in the forefoot. My legs and feet felt amazing during, after and the day after my 60’ Fartlek. They were super responsive to picking up the pace but also let me cruise at an easier pace which the endorphin 2 line has generally not allowed. ... MoreJust got these and I’m in love. These are better in every way than the first version. They manage to be softer and bouncier while still having enough firmness to keep you nice and stable. Great for road and hard packed dirt. The speedroll encourages a quick, efficient turnover with a very smooth ride for me. I don’t yet know how these will race compared with other plated shoes, but my first run in them was 16 miles without a hitch and I finished feeling great, so they will definitely be phenomenal long and ultra run shoes. The white colorway is gorgeous with subtle iridescent accents that shine in the sunlight like unicorn shoes!
Im a fan of Saucony shoes because they have such comfortable cushioning. These shoes are the best ever—so much spring to them! I joked to my friend that they make me think of the old movie “The Absent-minded Professor” where he discovers a substance he calls flubber, that bounces-he puts it in the shoes of a basketball team and they are bouncing all over the court😄😄. They are extremely lightweight as well. I’m really happy I made this purchase. Running is a joy❤️
Boing, boing, boing....that's the sound of me running in these or should I say 'bouncing' in these. You have to try them to understand what I mean. An incredible, lightweight bounce off each step. I truly love these! Granted, they're made for racing and I won't get as many miles out of them, so I do most of my training in Kinvara's and save these for speed days. Recovery seems quicker too and I'm in my mid 50's so that's a big positive. Thanks Saucony!....you keep outdoing yourself! P.S. I had to go up 1/2 size, but that's fine. No one wants black toenails.🦶
