I have developed a pretty severe case of Plantar Fasciitis. My normal shoes (under 200 miles on them) I was down to 3 miles before severe pain resulted. Three days ago I managed 15 miles on the road with minimal discomfort. So with these shoes I find myself on the road to recovery. I've logged 40 miles over the last 2 weeks. The shoe laces are very stretchy and take some time to get properly adjusted they feel a little tight at the top of the shoe still.Colors are a little too flashy for my liking but that seems to be the norm these days.Can't wait until my foot is healed and I can see if these also help me run faster as advertised. If not they are still worth the money to run pain free!

I bought these to run the Sydney Marathon in. Perfect shoe. Super light & comfy. No blisters! No sore toes! The mesh fabric keeps my feet from getting sweaty.They maybe run on the smaller size as I had to go up a size.Highly recommend.

Expected to be great! Very responsive but maybe not for very long distances (15km max) as it's not very stable if used too long in one go. Also very breathable.
The perfect option for those of us with analysis paralysis when considering their first carbon shoe.Closer to a regular runner, than the more extreme options, you get all the sensations of the long distance racer cushioning & a little nudge forward from the design but without the potential instability of the shoes designed for much faster efforts.Consider this the gateway drug. Once you have used up it's life for event running, you can easily slot this in for your long run shoe, then change to a more 'racey' carbon shoe for future events - should you feel the need.It's possible the lowest risk carbon choice available.
I love the Endorphin Pro 4. This is my first carbon plated shoe and these shoes are sick. For reference I am 200lbs and I gotta say, these shoes are soft where they need to be and firm in the right places. The rocker is perfectly place and assists greatly. I am able to effortlessly pick up the pace and open up my strides.I feel like you can use these shoes for long runs and tempo days with speed play as well as race day. I would not recommend these for someone that is in need of a structured upper as the Pro 4s have virtually no structure. I enjoy how minimal the upper is and is a key design I look for in all of my running shoes. I love that the design is a sock liner, the only draw back is that it can be difficult to get a solid lockdown without choking your foot ... MoreI love the Endorphin Pro 4. I opted to lace my Endorphins slightly different than I typically would to prevent my foot from slamming into the tip of the toe box (picture included) and this has worked magically for the lockdown.I probably have close to 100 miles on them at this point and I will more than likely buy another pair when it's time. They look sick, they feel wonderful, and they are fast. My feet never hurt with the endorphins, I don't get blisters... I just love these shoes.
I normally wear a 9.5 in the Endorphin Pro 3 and the Endorphin Speed 4. I ordered these in the same size and they are at least a 1/2 to full size smaller. I can say the updated tongue was very nice when compared to the Pro 3. I had to re-order them in the next 2 sizes up in order to get a good fitting pair so i can't speak to the comfort on the road. I expect them to be every bit as good as the Pro 3.
