These are the best of the Speed series so far. I'm wide-footed and over-pronate but managed to make the first Speeds work for me (sizing up 1/2 size and strengthening my lower leg muscles). I went through 4-5 pairs, including running 2 marathons and a handful of halfs. Speed 2 didn't work for me - shape is too narrow and sole kept moving during run. These Speed 3's are another level. They are probably wide enough for me to not have to size up. They are much much more stable than the previous models. I didn't even like running on rough pavement with those, while I have run some easy trails with the 3s. I was going to try the Tempus's but I don't know that I really want/need more support than these. They are also THE most comfortable running shoe I've worn. It does ... It does seem they made some tradeoffs: noticeably heavier, a little clunkier feeling, a little less energy/bounciness, but the gains in comfort, support, and the softer more absorptive ground feel are worth it for me. I'll note that they *feel* a little slower than previous models, but after nearly 100 miles, it seems my pace in these is pretty comparable to previous models (which is typically 15-30sec/mile faster than most of my other shoes).Anyway, I think they're great, hope they stick with the changes in future models.

I love these shoes! I have been a dedicated Saucony shoe buyer for about 6 years now. I've had multiple versions of the Triumph and currently have the Tempus. I was getting near 400km on the Tempus and preparing for a 30km race (Around the Bay) and decided to get a new pair for the last long training run and race day. After reading several positive reviews, I landed on the Endorphin Speed 3, and glad I did. Very similar in the overall shape and fit to the Tempus, but having the full PWRRUN PB made a huge difference in keeping my legs from getting tired after cranking up the kms. They are definitely more "bouncy" than other models I have worn, which made things feel less stable at first. However, I did not feel any loss of control and they are definitely ... They are definitely more "bouncy" than other models I have worn, which made things feel less stable at first. However, I did not feel any loss of control and they are definitely comfortable, even if there is less padding in certain parts compared to other models.I noticed the benefits of the bounce (and the plate) on the hills, both up and down. Going up I felt a bit more forward-energy and going down, a friendly cushion bounce to catch the weight.Despite what I read in other reviews, I did not experience any tongue slippage, the laces were flat and pretty durable. They were comfortable out of the box and are great for me for short and long runs.My only pick would be the fact that there is less outsole tread than other models, making me think they may wear faster (I've run 900km in some Sauconys) or may not be as grippy in slick weather. But after 80km, there has not been too much wear (you can still feel the fine original "bumps" in the sole in most spots). Have not run in rain, but on wet ground with no issues. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to pick up their pace in long or short runs in comfort!

I really wanted to love the 3's but, to me, they are a pretty significant downgrade from the Speed 2's. I loved everything about the 2's (own 3 pairs), especially the 'pop' they delivered. The magic just isn't there for me in the 3's. Don't get me wrong, its still a good shoe but I found it to be a fairly big step down from the Speed 2's. I'm not sure why but after running in the 3's, my left big toe feels like I have turf toe. The toebox of the 3's is extremely roomy. I have wide feet and its almost a bit too much for even me. On top of that, there is more give to the upper material. I loved the snugger fit of the 2's. To me, the speedroll was more aggressive (which I loved) in the 2's and the 3's feel kind of 'flat'. I also find it just a bit harder to pick up the pace in the 3's due to the slightly softer midsole. Personally, I don't find the 3's to be as versatile as the 2's are for me. Yes, the 3's can still get the job done but I find them to be more like any of the daily trainers out there. The 2's are the holy grail for me as they felt pretty much effortless at any pace or for any type of workout. I really hope the 4's bring back the same magic that the 2's had because I dont think I will be purchasing the 3's again.

The Endorphin Speed 3 shoes are a game-changer for runners seeking speed and responsiveness. From the moment I slipped them on, I felt an immediate difference in my pace. These shoes are incredibly responsive and fast, allowing me to shave off 30 seconds to a minute per mile during my regular 5-mile runs. The lightweight design and innovative cushioning technology provide the perfect balance of support and energy return, propelling me forward with every stride. Whether I'm tackling speed workouts or long runs, the Endorphin Speed 3 shoes deliver unmatched performance and help me push my limits. If you're looking to take your running to the next level, these shoes are a must-have.
I actually ended up keeping a different size, but same shoe. I wore these for a half marathon and trained with them for a week and a half before my half. My first run out these felt amazing!! So lightweight and fast on my feet like they propelled me forward. They did great for my half marathon. The only thing I noticed is the more I wore them for long runs my inside arch felt a little sore, almost like I didn’t have enough support there. It wasn’t a problem because I just went back to my regular running shoes. But overall, these are a great option to the carbon plate shows! I would definitely recommend. I have been wearing a size 8 in running shoes, but I kept a 7.5 in the endorphins they fit well. My regular shoe size is a 6.5 for reference.
I was suggested to try these after another runner sung their phrases. I use to run track and cross country in university and ran for years. Since having tiny humans I have been trying to get back into running but I was met with a lot of problems. I had tried tons of different brands and styles (including some from saucony) and I was met with ankle and knee pain, or my feet would fall asleep just from walking quick. When these arrived I took them for a couple loops of the mall and I was amazed how I felt. That evening I took them for my first attempt jogging around the block. I literally cried when I got home that I found a pair of sneakers that I could run in with no pain. I am grateful for finding these shoes to allow me to continue my passion of running. Thank you!
As a long distance runner, I am a HUGE Saucony fan as they are both comfy and fast (been wearing them since 2016, and many PBS have been had!). I loved the Endorphin Speed 2s SO much, as they gave the right amount of pop/roll and cushion for up to the marathon distance. I was excited to try the 3s once I could no longer find the 2s in my size 7s, and I bought 2 pairs. I've never even gotten to the second pair as I've been trying to "break in" my first pair of 3s for months now. I can not go longer than 10k without heel blisters around the archilles on my right foot. I've worn thick socks, put on layers of bandage, and put one of those silicone heel pads, but nothing really helps! I've even put the insoles from my wonderful triumphs in, which helps a bit. Sincerely, a life long Saucony fan.
I used this to run my first marathon—not wanting to splurge on a pro shoe yet for my first marathon. I used it a few times during my training, only needed a couple of runs to break in. And if I were to purchase a new pair fos race shoes, these would be great for tempo runs, long runs, or even daily trainers, but I'd suggest a different more cushioned shoe if you want something for easy/recovery runs.Fit: I have slightly narrow feet, small ankles and neutral foot. The shoe fit my feet perfectly after tightening the laces and using heel lock lacing.Performance: smooth ride, nice bounce coming from the nylon plate. Breathability not the best if you're running in hot temps but running in the fall was great.
Ok, I loved V1 of this shoe so much that I purchased 4 pairs (including a Runshield model). The Endorphin Speed has been, without a doubt, my favorite all-around running shoe since 2021. I’ve used it as a daily trainer and a race day shoe. It was a versatile, well-rounded shoe good for slower and faster paces. With the V3, however, I think it may have lost some of that versatility because this shoe is FAST. Goodness have mercy it will blow you out the water! I took these on an easy 6-mile test run thinking I’d be able to settle into an easy pace like previous versions, but instead I did a 10k PR LOL. About a mile in, I realized that I was fighting against the shoe to slow down, but the shoe wouldn’t let me. So, I sat back and enjoyed the ride. I’ll miss the ... I know that I speak for more than just myself when I say we would greatly appreciate better colorway options. At least with the endorphin speed 2 there were more neutral ones. Y’all just need some assistance in the design/quality control department)
