Specifically chose these after doing alot of research. Wanted them for intervals on track and 5k's on road. Have now tried them for both as an alternative to my 3rd pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS 22 which I was wearing for every run except muddy trails. I tried my normal size and they fit perfectly and feel really comfortable. My legs didn't seem to get so tired running the 5k in these which meant I was able to speed up during the 5k and feel the full benefit of these. I managed my fastest ever 5k on a route where my recent efforts have been about 2 mins slower! They even felt good for the long walk back to the car. As usual, the service from Start Fitness was spot on with next day delivery.

I love these shoes! I have been a dedicated Saucony shoe buyer for about 6 years now. I've had multiple versions of the Triumph and currently have the Tempus. I was getting near 400km on the Tempus and preparing for a 30km race (Around the Bay) and decided to get a new pair for the last long training run and race day. After reading several positive reviews, I landed on the Endorphin Speed 3, and glad I did. Very similar in the overall shape and fit to the Tempus, but having the full PWRRUN PB made a huge difference in keeping my legs from getting tired after cranking up the kms. They are definitely more "bouncy" than other models I have worn, which made things feel less stable at first. However, I did not feel any loss of control and they are definitely ... They are definitely more "bouncy" than other models I have worn, which made things feel less stable at first. However, I did not feel any loss of control and they are definitely comfortable, even if there is less padding in certain parts compared to other models.I noticed the benefits of the bounce (and the plate) on the hills, both up and down. Going up I felt a bit more forward-energy and going down, a friendly cushion bounce to catch the weight.Despite what I read in other reviews, I did not experience any tongue slippage, the laces were flat and pretty durable. They were comfortable out of the box and are great for me for short and long runs.My only pick would be the fact that there is less outsole tread than other models, making me think they may wear faster (I've run 900km in some Sauconys) or may not be as grippy in slick weather. But after 80km, there has not been too much wear (you can still feel the fine original "bumps" in the sole in most spots). Have not run in rain, but on wet ground with no issues. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to pick up their pace in long or short runs in comfort!

I used this shoe right out of the box and ran a marathon. I hit 5 new personal bests that day. I highly recommend this shoe for fast training days. Intervals, Tempo. You could really use it for everything in your training though. I usually use wear a wide zero drop shoe, size 9. I went up to 9.5 to feel comfortable in this one. Happy training!1. I would recommend to a friend2. Great comfort3. Quality looks good. Only ran 100km so far.4. The style looks awesome5. Width is narrow on the toe. Go bigger if you need room.6. I use this shoe for fast training days7. I run 60-100km per week8. I do read product reviews before I purchase a product9. I purchased this from Sports Check10. I live in Canada

I actually ended up keeping a different size, but same shoe. I wore these for a half marathon and trained with them for a week and a half before my half. My first run out these felt amazing!! So lightweight and fast on my feet like they propelled me forward. They did great for my half marathon. The only thing I noticed is the more I wore them for long runs my inside arch felt a little sore, almost like I didn’t have enough support there. It wasn’t a problem because I just went back to my regular running shoes. But overall, these are a great option to the carbon plate shows! I would definitely recommend. I have been wearing a size 8 in running shoes, but I kept a 7.5 in the endorphins they fit well. My regular shoe size is a 6.5 for reference.
I bought this shoe on 6/1. I've run in 3 separate pairs of the Endorphin Speed 2's. I have worn a size 10 in the speeds 2's and they fit great. the Speed 3's are so much more comfortable and cushioned yet still provide the same lightweight bounce. they are roomier in the midsole and toe area which is an upgrade over the previous version. this sounds silly but I always had trouble with the lace length in the Speed 2's. I never had a pair with the same length laces and they were always a tad short. the Speed 3's have laces that allow me to lace all the way to the top eyelet, if I want, or leave them in the 2nd to last eyelet and double tie them. I bought these direct from Saucony and purchased a size 10. the website says they fit small and I should order a half size ... MoreI bought this shoe on 6/1. I bought these direct from Saucony and purchased a size 10. the website says they fit small and I should order a half size up so I felt comfortable sticking with the 10's. I should have bought these from my local running store to be able to try them on or should have ordered a 9.5 & 10 from Saucony direct. I think a 9.5 would be a better fit b/c of the roomier midsole and toebox. Great shoe! eager to see what the Speed 4 looks like later this year and hope Saucony doesn't mess up a great thing going.
I was suggested to try these after another runner sung their phrases. I use to run track and cross country in university and ran for years. Since having tiny humans I have been trying to get back into running but I was met with a lot of problems. I had tried tons of different brands and styles (including some from saucony) and I was met with ankle and knee pain, or my feet would fall asleep just from walking quick. When these arrived I took them for a couple loops of the mall and I was amazed how I felt. That evening I took them for my first attempt jogging around the block. I literally cried when I got home that I found a pair of sneakers that I could run in with no pain. I am grateful for finding these shoes to allow me to continue my passion of running. Thank you!
As a long distance runner, I am a HUGE Saucony fan as they are both comfy and fast (been wearing them since 2016, and many PBS have been had!). I loved the Endorphin Speed 2s SO much, as they gave the right amount of pop/roll and cushion for up to the marathon distance. I was excited to try the 3s once I could no longer find the 2s in my size 7s, and I bought 2 pairs. I've never even gotten to the second pair as I've been trying to "break in" my first pair of 3s for months now. I can not go longer than 10k without heel blisters around the archilles on my right foot. I've worn thick socks, put on layers of bandage, and put one of those silicone heel pads, but nothing really helps! I've even put the insoles from my wonderful triumphs in, which helps a bit. I am sad as I can no longer find the 2s in my size, and I have the NYC coming up in a month. I hope Saucony brings back something like the 2s. Too scared to spend money and try the 4s after this. Sincerely, a life long Saucony fan.
I used this to run my first marathon—not wanting to splurge on a pro shoe yet for my first marathon. I used it a few times during my training, only needed a couple of runs to break in. And if I were to purchase a new pair fos race shoes, these would be great for tempo runs, long runs, or even daily trainers, but I'd suggest a different more cushioned shoe if you want something for easy/recovery runs.Fit: I have slightly narrow feet, small ankles and neutral foot. The shoe fit my feet perfectly after tightening the laces and using heel lock lacing.Performance: smooth ride, nice bounce coming from the nylon plate. Breathability not the best if you're running in hot temps but running in the fall was great.
Ok, I loved V1 of this shoe so much that I purchased 4 pairs (including a Runshield model). The Endorphin Speed has been, without a doubt, my favorite all-around running shoe since 2021. I’ve used it as a daily trainer and a race day shoe. It was a versatile, well-rounded shoe good for slower and faster paces. With the V3, however, I think it may have lost some of that versatility because this shoe is FAST. Goodness have mercy it will blow you out the water! I took these on an easy 6-mile test run thinking I’d be able to settle into an easy pace like previous versions, but instead I did a 10k PR LOL. About a mile in, I realized that I was fighting against the shoe to slow down, but the shoe wouldn’t let me. So, I sat back and enjoyed the ride. I’ll miss the ... I know that I speak for more than just myself when I say we would greatly appreciate better colorway options. At least with the endorphin speed 2 there were more neutral ones. Also men got that fantastic changing tides colorway and we just got shafted.Truly, these are horrendous. And hear me out, I know this is mildly absurd, BUT there are “gold” people and there are “silver” people. These shoes went with the gold people and my interest went out the window lol.I’m holding out on getting a new pair (even though my speed 2’s are literally falling apart) in hopes that better/more colorways will be released with the new year. Here’s to hoping my feet survive until then lol.Am I slightly stubborn? Absolutely.Make saucony colors great again. Also, only 3 stars for quality seeing that my endorphin speed 2’s purchased at the end of this summer are totally falling apart.(And yes I could switch brands, but these really are the best running shoes. Y’all just need some assistance in the design/quality control department)
