unisex sizing very difficult for phone reps to understand. i ordered a 8.5 womens and it defaulted to 7. i called and phone rep was clueless and stated she was also unable to cancel order. i told her i will refuse the package. she said she will put a recall on the tracking when it ships . A lot of aggravation from the top corporate dogs here at saucony for not training its team members. SHAME SAucony

I bought these shoes one month ago, and really like how they look, but unfortunately am disappointed with how they are holding up. It’s been one month of regular wear, and the front is already coming apart, and is letting water in.

Very poor customer service. I ordered these 4 times due to cancellation of a freight forwarding address. nobody knows anything on the customer service telephone number which goes unanswered most of the time. Better to stay away from this company that doesnt want your business anyway
Underrated sneaker. Love the styling and ultra comfy. The ultimate dad shoe. 5-stars.
Bought for regular walking in town. Very happy with the support they provide around my ankle and comfort in the heel and arch.
