unisex sizing very difficult for phone reps to understand. i ordered a 8.5 womens and it defaulted to 7. i called and phone rep was clueless and stated she was also unable to cancel order. i told her i will refuse the package. she said she will put a recall on the tracking when it ships . Very poor customer service. I ordered these 4 times due to cancellation of a freight forwarding address. nobody knows anything on the customer service telephone number which goes unanswered most of the time. Better to stay away from this company that doesnt want your business anyway
