You can "try" to submit the Defect Product Form but don't get too much hope.So.... only buy these shoes if you are planning to wear them indoors only or only going to wear them when the weather is 100% sure it won't rain. Otherwise, steer clear out of this. So disappointed in Saucony and will never buy from them.

I’ve never bought a pair of stability shoes before, but my regular neutral Sauconys were exacerbating my metatarsalgia when I went for walks. I am also on my feet a lot for work. These shoes have been a lifesaver. I can wear them without insoles because they are so well made. In addition to metatarsalgia, I also have bunions and flat feet. I just ordered a second pair so I can have more options for work. I wear a 7.5 wide. The mesh upper allows for a little extra stretch if you need a wider toe box like me.

Great shoe for hitting the road solid. Nice weight. I haven't put too many miles on these yet, but I anticipate that they will be great. Fit is like a glove. I'm not totally sold on the orange color yet, but it is growing on me quickly. I'll probably love the color after a little more time. The big thing is how they ride. This style has a very wide rear heel (the part that hits the road) which might be good for added stability. The top is very thin. Time will tell how the top wears.

Hyper Look, Failing Early
16 August 2022

I love the Rides. I have worn these seen 2014. I have had these shoes for 6 weeks and used them for only running. - They have about 100 miles on them. I love the hyper look. Unfortunately, the shoes seem to be failing, the upper saucony logo has separated from the mesh along with some of what to be reflector type pieces The foam lower is starting to buckle in the heal and arch which makes me concerned for my joints but also that the shoes may not make it to 200 miles.- If this is design intent, this is poor perceived quality.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this shoe!

Daily training runs. I have been running in Saucony Endorphin Speed 2 shoes and needed to find a shoe for daily runs that was more stable in the heel and running up and down hills and for when I have to hop off on the road shoulder to avoid cars.Nicely cushioned, but not overly so that I can't feel the road and uneven surfaces. I have a wide forefoot and a very narrow heel. I am a mid-sole runner, needing enough padding in the forefoot so that my morton's neuroma doesn't come back. This shoe is perfect.

Love the Saucony Ride, and the 15 doesn't disappoint
27 February 2023

The Saucony Ride has become my favorite running shoe over the past few years, and after way too many miles in my old pair I purchased the 15's. Love them. They felt a little snug across my toe/box and upper foot the first few times that I wore them, but after a few jogs they have loosened up to feel more comfortable but also with better support than my stretched out old pair. Great cushioning and very comfortable. True to size (1/2 size up from my street shoes).

Ride 15 Wide
1 April 2023

This is my first Saucony sneaker and I am very pleased with the way it feels and fit. I'm a size 7 Wide and purchased a 7W (I googled how to know if you're a Wide feet and used the online measurement tool). I also suffer from plantar fasciitis. I have used inserts on my Nike training sneakers, and have also purchased Kuru sneakers for doing Hiit workouts daily. I was very impressed with this Ride 15. No breaking out was needed and it was so comfortable on my feet right out of the box. I didn't even need any inserts for my plantar fasciitis. Everyone's feet is different so I can't definitely say that this would work for you as well, but I would definitely recommend that you try it out at your local sneaker store. Hey, you never know unless you try. And if you purchase it online, Saucony has a great money back and free return shipping.I'm glad I took a chance on this. I liked it so much that 3wks later, I purchased same Ride 15 in black. The black one fit the same as my first purchase. (Usually same brand size sneakers for some reason fit differently because they're made by different people at the factory and may not be cut right or sewn properly).Worth a try I'd say, so go for it.

Saucony Ride 15
6 March 2023

I've bought Saucony Ride before. I'm always looking for the most cushiony shoe possible. This version (15) is ok. Saucony ISO Ever run series were the most cushiony. But I can't find them anymore so like most running shoes now, old versions out, new versions in. I've been a runner for 50 years and Roadrunner member since the late 80's. When I found a brand I liked, I would buy it over and over, every time I needed new shoes. Can't do that anymore. Very unfortunately.

So Far So Good
20 September 2022

My PT recommended Brooks shoes to me several years ago and I have been wearing the Ghost shoe. The 14 version was comfortable but did not seem to hold up...it got feeling too loose in the width really quick. Based on a Wirecutter review I tried the Brooks Glycerine. It was a disaster. I had knee, hip and ankle pain almost immediately that only got worse over time. I took the shoes back to Roadrunner and the clerk recommended the Saucony Ride 15. So far I love the support in my heel and mid-foot as well as the roominess of the toe box. And after only two days my knee and ankle pain are gone and my hip is better. I do have a narrowish foot so can understand why some think the B width is too narrow. At 76, it is great to feel comfortable again on my daily walks. Wide not so Wide
14 March 2023

I would have given the shoes 5 stars, but I ordered a wide pair and they definitely were not wide, as a result I am unable to wear them. I put about 15 to 20 miles on them before determining they were just too uncomfortable to wear. I have been buying wide Saucony shoes for a number of years and they have always been great, but I noticed the last year or two that "wide" was no longer wide. I need the wonderful soft sole Saucony provides and decided to try one more time and went back to a pair of Cohesion shoes instead. It appears the width of the toe boxes have been widened some and I found them to be just wide enough for my needs. I would give the Cohesions 5 stars, but please stay true to your traditional sizing for those of us with foot problems that love your shoes.
