I received my kickz with stains from dirty hand prints on the heel of the shoe and all over the shoe box! Also, some fibres of a totally different colour embedded in the suede material!

It's comfortable. I don't think it's worth it, though. The color in the photo is way darker and richer than what it really is, which is faded lavender. Looks scratched up and dull. I would not have ordered it. Bummed. Might return it.

Ordered a 6 tried them on and really liked them but decided they were too big - the discovered had been sent a size 7. Tried contacting SB straight away, still waiting for a reply 3 days later. Shop in Leeds couldn't help me as they don't sell shoes. Really bad customer service - but great trainers if you get the right size
Unfortunately my order never arrived and Sweaty Betty seem impossible to get hold of. I’ve raised two queries on it but nobody has responded and there are no options to connect with a human being on the website. They could be lovely trainers but I’ll never find out and exasperatingly I’ve still paid for them.
A true shoe fanatic here....I can honestly say this is one of the cleanest pair of shoes I have purchased in a very long time.
I bought these to wear in leisure time. They are fantastic..,.I love them. Very comfortable and hard wearing
These shoes are really cool but they are very narrow which seems to be common with shoes that aren’t gender specific. I sent the first pair back for a larger size and still didn’t fit.
These shoes a so well-made and comfortable to wear. They are also quite durable esp if treated with a suede protector.
I received the wrong shoe size, and I've not received any information on exchange
