I usually wear a women's 6.5, so I bought a men's 4.5. This shoe ended up being a little too snug in the toes, more than in the big kids' shoes also purchased. I would exchange for a 5 if it were available, but I will keep them and put shoe stretchers in them. They should be plenty comfy afterwards.LOVE the neutral color combo!
