I’ve been running in Rides for many years. The 16s fit great on my foot, perfect actually. They are very lightweight. I love the new colors (I bought the green/pink and the white, they were my Mother’s Day gift). Unfortunately, I don’t think I’m going to be using them for running. There is very little tread on the 16s. Makes it slick for outdoor running. I fell about 3 miles into my run. Hard. On cement. The shoe just slipped. When I compare these to my older Rides, I’m surprised at how flat the bottoms are comparatively. I’ve been running on a regular basis for 25 years. I’ve used Rides in multiple half marathons. Will have to look for a new shoe.

I have gone through 3 pairs of the Ride 15 and was excited to get these when they came out. I use them for running, typically 20-30 miles a week. They're smooth and comfortable as expected, although I probably would size up half a size for the next pair. The toe box feels less roomy than the Ride 15. I have been a true size 7 in Saucony running shoes (and in all 3 pairs of my Ride 15s) for years, but had to size up to 7.5 for the Triumph 20s recently for the same issue with the toe box. This Sprig/Peony colorway is so fun and vibrant, and I've already gotten a bunch of compliments from both guys and girls on my shoes. :) Please bring back more green/pink combos like the Mirage 3!!!

I workout 5 days per week mixing jogging, walking, stadium stairs and bootcamp and need a shoe that is stable and comfortable and the Guide 16, just like the 15 and 14 provide this. They have a wide toe area and great arch support. From when I first take them out of the box and wear them pure comfort. No break in period needed. I buy my shoes a 1/2 size bigger than normal size. These are my go to workout shoes.

I’ve worn Saucony Rides for the last five years, and the Triumphs prior to that. I’ve run several marathons, and never had any issues. The Ride 16s are made with poor quality materials compared to previous versions. There’s also stiff leather with a hard seam across the top that prior models didn’t have. I tried them on and it was uncomfortable standing there. I can’t imagine running marathons in them like I did with prior models. Definitely returning these.
I absolutely love these sneakers! They are not only stylish but they are super comfortable and light weight. l really like the color combination and style, and they go great with everything I own.The shoes offer ample support and the perfect amount of cushion that I need for running and exercising. They're well made and hold up nicely.Overall, I am super impressed with fit, style and comfort of these shoes!
I love love love this shoe! I wish I could afford a second pair! I have back, knee, and hip problems, and these shoes have helped tremendously! My feet tend to roll outwards and the extra outside support on the bottom keeps me from doing that! I bought wide and a half size up due to recommendations on other reviews dues to the narrower toe box. Fit like a charm!
I'm a long time saucony wearer. The fit is perfect for me. The ride 16 does not havecthe same perfect fit. The toe box is not a roomy as past models. Also, the lacing system is more complicated than necessary. Not sure what the ribbon gimmick is all about. Timing shoes should not be complicated.
I wore the Ride 14 for a long time, then switched to the Triumph 19 for more cushion for longer runs. I wouldn't say I liked the extra weight of the Triumph, but I made it work. The Triumph 20 is too narrow in the toe box now, so I decided to try the Ride's again, and they are PERFECT. Perfect weight, perfectly roomy toe box, perfect length, fantastic colors. Please do not ever change anything about this shoe. It is perfect.
I became a Saucony loyalist more than 6 years ago when ASICS changed their toe box. I have loved the Ride since then. I might still like it, but these colors are downright awful! How many mostly black or neutral shoes do we need? I have had bright pink, turquoise, teal green, etc. I know color shouldn’t matter, but running shoes are an investment, and if I am struggling through a 10-mile run in the hot southern heat, I want to at least feel good about what I’m wearing. I will look elsewhere until the design team at Saucony can get more creative.
I've worn the Ride exclusively for over 10 years, and I usually go through about 5+ pair each year. In the past, they were perfect for my narrow heel/wider forefoot. Unfortunately, the Ride 14 was the last good year for these, even though the soles wore down too quickly on that model. For the last two years, the design has changed too much and the size of the toe box has been reduced, making them too uncomfortable to wear for even a short run. I tried the wide in the Ride 16, and that's even worse as it's wide all the way back through the arch. The Ride 16 also lacks cushioning/rebound found in the prior years, adding to the overall discomfort of this shoe. I am so disappointed with the new design, and they're too uncomfortable to wear. Please, please bring back the ... MoreI've worn the Ride exclusively for over 10 years, and I usually go through about 5+ pair each year.
